PR00212 If the management port (mp) experiences

excessive traffic, for example a Denial of Service

(DoS) attack, the CPU cycles required to service

this increase in traffic can impact performance.

Limit mp exposure to external

network traffic.

PR00223 The SNC 4500 cannot download library firmware. Use the library serial port or RMU

to load library firmware.

Documentation

These related documents are currently available for the SNC 450x:

PR00155 and

PR00156

Using NmapWin can cause the SNC to hang or

reboot.

Do not use NmapWin.

PR00234 In very rare instances the SNC issues a CBStack

statement indicating the need for command

cleanup resulting in a failed job. The SNC does

recover from this condition following the

completion of command cleanup.

Configure ISV application to

automatically retry any failed jobs.

PR00343 If the SNC is powered down right after the date

and time are set, the date and time information is

not retained.

After setting the date and time, let

the SNC run for a day, so that the

SNC battery fully charges.
