AUTO SWITCHING PRIORITY

The switch uses the following basic rules for selecting the input when Auto switching

mode is enabled.

•New Input: When a new input signal is detected, the switch will select that input

automatically.

•Power Rebooting: The switch automatically remembers the last selected input

when power is turned off. When power is turned back on, the switch will

automatically select the last selected input, if available. If the previously selected

input is no longer available, the switch will search for an input signal in the order 1-4

and will select the first detected input.

•Signal Loss: If the selected input signal is lost for any reason (e.g., source turned off),

the switch will detect all input signals in the order 1-4 and will select the first

detected input.

EDID MANAGEMENT

By default, the switch is set to pass the EDID® capabilities of the connected display to all

inputs. However, the EDID DIP switches on the rear panel allows you to select a predefined

fixed EDID setting or a custom, user-defined EDID. The following

table details the DIP switch settings for each selectable EDID
