1. Instruction
1.1 Instruction
This Manual mainly inlcudes product overview, operation
instructions, model printing process , maintenance and
troubleshooting. Please read carefully and use this SLA
industrial 3D printer accordingly.
1.1 Attention
1. Please check if the components are complete and the
appearance is not damaged when receiving the printer.
2. Environmental requirements: temperature:25~30℃,
humidity: less than 40%, dust - free clean workshop.
3.Photosensitive resin is needed for this printer.In the
process of storage and printing of photosensitive resins,
natural light, oil and water should be avoided to pollute the
resin.
4. Do not move the printer or turn off power when the
printer is in the process of printing. Please follow this manual
to turrn on and turn off the printer.
5. Do not let the printer close to strong magnetic field
when printing, which will interfere with the printing process.

6. Press the emergency botton in time when wrongly
operation happened.
1.2.1 Safety
In the process of using and testing, attention should be
paid to safety and proper wearing of laser protective goggles
to avoid laser irradiation of eyes and skin.
The power should be turn off to prevent electric shock
when repairing the circuit.

2. Product Overview
2.1 Product Catagory
3D Printing is a rapid prototyping equipment based on
additional materials manufacturing(So called Stereo
Lithography Apparatus), of which process is fully controlled by
computer. You can print all kinds of complex
three-dimensional solid models when input 3D files in the
printing software. The machine is easy to operate. Even if you
have never used a 3D printer, you can easily print all kinds of
products with a SERON 3D printer.

2.3.2 Operating environment
Temperature: 25~30℃, humidity: less than 40%.
Avoid strong light illumination as far as possible.Yellow light
lamp is suggested for the room where the printer is lightening.
Keeping the room dust-free and clean to avoid the existence of
large vibration sources near the equipment, which will affect the printing
effect.
3. Operating instructions
3.1 Preparation before unpacking and printing
(1) Check and be sure the package of equipment is in good
condition, no scratches and damages.
(2) Install the machine. Putting two pieces fitter level device on
the marble in X and Y direction. Adjust the four pieces anchor bolts to
check the level of the printer then lock it.
(3) Energize the printer. Turn on the power of the
machine,industrial computer and laser source (follow the laser source
manual ).
(4) Unlock the emergency botton, press the start botton to
energize the machine.

(5) Press the QS-EXT key on laser comtrol panel to make
the laser in the external control mode.
3.2 Software instuction
3.2.1 . Printing steps
(1) Process 3D files via ‘Materialise Magics’. Place the workpieces
on Magics at a reasonable angle, build a reasonable support and layout.
Save the slices of the workpiece in ‘.slc’ ( solid file) and ‘s-.slc’
(supporting file). as printing file.
(2) Add the printing file to DvBuild1 software for printing.
