How to operate the PLC
•This icon represents the home screen which also can be called the main
menu screen.
•Anytime that you need to go back to the main menu, this will be the icon
you press.
•When you’re in the home screen you should have the following icons and
functions:
oHand icon, Gears icon, Monitor icon
oYou can start and stop the pre-set cycles
oYou can raise and lower the shaker box
•This icon represents the pre-set profile mode.
•When this icon is pressed, it will take you to a profiles screen where you
can save up to 10 different profiles that can pack differently.
•Press the individual number that you want to use. This will highlight the
number.
•After you pick your profile number and it is highlighted then you hit the
gears icon one more time.
•This will take you to that individual pre-set where you can set the parameters for
the Motor Speed, Duration of each stage, and PSI for the pneumatic leveling
system.
•To change the parameters, you will click the box you would like to change and
type in the correct numbers and hit the enter button.
Motor Speed Range- 0-100%
Duration of Stage Range- 00:00-99:99 minutes: seconds
PSI Range- 0-95 psi
•Once all the settings are to your liking, you will hit the back arrow to go to the
profiles page, or you will hit the home icon to go back to the main menu
•This icon represents the Manual mode.
•When pressed this will take you to the manual mode screen, this will allow
you to control the Motor Speed and the PSI for the pneumatic leveling
system.
Motor Speed Range- 0-100%
PSI Range- 0-95 psi
•This mode will be used to find out what vibrations work the best for your
individual strains and products.
