835 / 835 S

The 835 is a cardio id lead vocal stage micropho ne

specially designed to perfo rm under pressure.

Its balanced frequency response maintains signal quality

when mo ving on and off axis during perfo rmance. The

gentle presence bo o st ensures vocal clarity and

pro jectio n. The minimal pro ximity effect provides fo r

co nsistently clear bass-end perfo rmance when singing

clo ser to, o r further fro m the micropho ne.

The cardio id pick-up pattern pro vides e

xcellent feedback

rejectio n,

enabling the micro pho ne to handle higher

so und pressure levels. The rugged metal co nstructio n and

internal damping iso lates handling no ise.

The 835 S variant features a silent

Positioning the microphone

If sibilance o r “ po pping” occurs, po sitio n the micro phone

no t directly in fro nt of the mo uth but slightly to the side.

In o rder to prevent feedback, po sitio n mo nitor lo ud-

speakers so that they are lo cated in the ang le area of the

hig hest cancellatio n o f the micro pho ne.

In o rder to prevent interference due to cro sstalk between

adjacent sound so urces, try to po sition the micro pho ne so

that the interfering so und so urce is located in the angle

area o f the highest cancellatio n o f the micro phone

( appro x. 1 80 °; see po lar diag ram) .
