twice the height of the jaws.
Do not attempt to modify vise.
Refrain from cutting long workpieces and reduce
cutting force as necessary.
The vise or workpiece may be thrown from the machine.

虎钳损坏时, 工件物将有被甩出去的危险。
夹持力会降低,加工产品有可能被用出 去(飞散) 的危险。
拆卸和安装时，请使用皮带。
绝对不要在扳手上施加过大的力量。
请彻底清扫各部分。
When gripping workpiece, make sure your hand is
clear from the gripping area.
Never attempt to apply excessive force and shock to handle.
Thoroughly clean the vise.
The vise may fall and cause injury.
Vise or workpiece may be damaged.
Dirt and debris will affect vise performance.
Fingers may be damaged or severed.
10 Vise
머신바이스, VS / MMV 모델들의 형식 표기는
아래와 같습니다.
아래 그림에서 핸들을 오른쪽으로 돌리면 슬라
이더가 전진하여 공작물을 밀착하게 됩니다.
밀착된 상태에서 핸들을 계속 돌리면 증력기구
가 작동되는데 먼저 레귤레이션이 상승하여
내부스크류바가 전진되고 내부스크류바를 통
하여 푸셔를 밀면 부스터 조립품의 기계적 구조
에 의해 디스크 스프링을 압축하여 증력이 발생
하게 됩니다. 또한 증력된 힘은 스크류바를 통
해 이동죠에 강력한 힘을 전달하게 됩니다. 가
공환경 및 가공조건에 따라 내부스크류바의 홈
줄을 통해 조정이 가능하며 절환장치를 통하여
일반 기계식 바이스로도 사용이 가능합니다.
The machine vise, VS / MMV is model coded
as below.
Turning the handle clockwise causes the
slider to move forward and clamp the work-
piece. As the handle tightens, the internal
screwbar moves forward and engages the
pusher and compresses the disc spring
to create force. Depending on application,
you can adjust the vise to use as a general
machine vise.

台虎钳 , VS / MMV 模型編碼如下。
在下图中，如果向右转动扳手，滑块 前
进，密接工件。在密接状态下继续转动扳
手，重力装置起动，首先Regulation上
升，内丝杠前进，通过内丝杠推动 推，
则随着 助推器 组件的机械结构，压缩盘
簧，从而产生重力。另外，增加的力量通
过丝杠向移动卡爪传递很强的力量。根据
加工环境和条件，可通过内丝杠的槽进行
调整，并可通过切换装置使用普通机械式
虎钳。
