USER GUIDE RENAULT ZOÉ

STARTING

The ZOE doesn’t have a key!

To start it ensure your gear stick is in the P position,

press down on the brake pedal and simply push the START button 1

Don’t forget that electric cars are silent, so it’s normal that they don’t

roar when you start them up, like their petrol cousins do.

DRIVING MODE

For more autonomy, select the “Eco” mode 2mode which will slightly limit the

performance of the electric motor and the heat pump (heating / air conditioning).

The button is next to the gear stick.

When the “Eco” mode is activated, the dashboard goes green. 3

The rest of the time, it’s blue.

ROULER

MULTIMEDIA

The dashboard has:

- 4A battery gauge which enables you to keep an eye on how much energy

remains and how many kilometres of autonomy you have left,

- 5 An econometre which gives you a graphic idea of your operational state:

consumption in green, overconsumption in yellow and recovery in blue.

Make sure you stay in green when you’re accelerating!

The multimedia screen has:

-A reverse camera

-Advice

-Your eco driving score

6In addition to the radio, you can launch the GPS or connect your mobile phone

to the ZOE via USB, jack or Bluetooth connection.

CHARGING THE ZOE

The charging cap is in the Renault logo at the front of the vehicle. 7

The button to open it is next to the headlight adjustment wheel, 8behind the

driving wheel. Once you have opened the cap, simply plug the car into the electric

terminal. The letters “ZE” will light up in blue above the recharging cap when your

car has nished charging.

AUTONOMY

The autonomy is displayed on the screen behind the driving wheel. 9

Make sure you check it before setting o. The “Eco” mode enables you to increase

your autonomy by between 8 and 10%.

GLOVE COMPARTMENT

In the glove compartment, you’ll nd: 10

- A Pcard+ card for partner Interparkings.

- A spare Zen Card

- The white booklet MyCoPilot, which contains the Renault assistance number in case

of breakdown, an accident report form and the vehicle’s documents.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

box, inside the car. It has two buttons. You can end a reservation by

pressing the green button. The red button gives you direct access to

o, you simply

need to

disconnect the cable from the terminal with the aid of your

Zen Card before placing it in the boot.

When you return, plug your car back in at the terminal.

When the LEDs are green, you can set o.

If you have to leave Brussels in your Zen Car, consider our Bluecorner
