Spark plug to cylinder Pre-screw the spark plug to cylinder, and then tighten
with the torque wrench. 115-133 13-15

SPECIFICATIONS
Ignition coil to cylinder
Apply the thermostable screw-thread glue into the
holes on cylinder and then pre-screw the 2 screws
(M5X20) securing the ground line, spacer and ignition
coil to cylinder. Insert a feeler gauge of 0.014 inch.

Apply the thermostable screw-thread glue onto the 4
screws (M5*20) and secure the carburetor holder to
the cylinder. 53-62 6-7

Apply the thermostable screw-thread glue onto the

carburetor and washer to the carburetor holder with
the torque wrench.

Starter assembly to
engine mount Tighten the 3 self-taping screws (ST4.8*16) to secure
the starter assembly to the engine mount. 17-19 1.9-2.1
Engine to engine mount Apply the thermostable screw-thread glue onto the
3 bolts (M5*20) and secure the engine to the engine
mount 48-51 5.4-5.8
Impeller
Secure the impeller to the crankcase. Place a washer
and a rubber gasket onto the impeller. Apply the
thermostable screw-thread glue onto the bolt (M8) and
then tighten.

Engine mount cover Tighten the self-taping screws (ST4.8X16) to secure
engine mount cover. Then tighten the nonmetal nut to
secure bolt. 17-19 1.9-2.1
Fuel Tank Attach the 2 anti-vibration washers onto the position
holes. Tighten the self-taping screw (ST4.8X20)
securing the fuel tank to the engine mount. 17-19 1.9-2.1
Engine Cover Assembly

the engine cover, engine mount cover and fuel tank.
Tighten the 5 self-taping screws (ST4.8X16) to secure
the engine cover assembly.

Main handle assembly Tighten the 7 screws (3.9*16) to secure the right and
left parts of the main handle. 10-12 1.1-1.3
