1.0 Introduction
TheRF300largeloop antennahas been developed tomeetthe
requirementsof EN55015:2006 +A2:2009,section 9.9.1,which
referstoCISPR16-1-4:2007 +A1:2008section 4.6.1.Thisspecifies
thelimitsfor magneticfield induced current for luminaireswith lamp
operating frequenciesin excess of 100Hz.
Construction oftheRF300 isas detailedin annex Cof EN55016.This
antennaisfullycompliant with thestandard and detailsof the
calibration factorsare includedin this manual.Theseantennafactors
should beadded totheresultstoobtain correctmeasurementsthat
can becompared directly with thelimits.
Testsetup andlimitsshouldbeconducted as required by EN55015,
section 4.4.
Thedesign of theRF300 issuch thatit can bereadilyerected and
providearigid andstableconfigurationfor accurateand repeatable
measurements.
Acalibrationloop (RF300C)isavailableas an option ifon-site
calibrationisdeemed necessary.TheRF300Callowsthecalibration
loop tobeused onall three axesand rotated within eachas required
by thestandards.
