4.) AttachShelf (P-4) totheone inchsupportbars on theUprightsusingone PanelClip(D) andtwo

Wood Screws (F) on each bar. Position the Shelf (P-4) on the support bars and line up the predrilled

holesinthe Shelf andthepunched holesineachPanel Clip(D)then attach withWoodScrews (F).

Screwinfour Casters(A)intothe bottomofthe

Base(P-1)asshownin Illustration#1. Tighten

withCasterWrench(G).

3.) InserttheLeft Support(P-2)and theRight Support(P-3)into

the cut outs in the top of the Base (P-1). Use a Washer (C) and

andanAllenRecessBolt(B) in each ofthesixholes under the

Base(P-1)to secure theUprightsas showninIllustration#2.

TightenAllen RecessBolts(B)usingAllenWrench (E).

5.) Position and slide the Back Panel (P-5) down into

the three brackets on the Uprights (P-2 and P-3).

Make sure the Back Panel’s (P-5) slots are

oriented as shown in Illustration #4. Lock Back

Panel (P-5) in place using six Back Panel

Screws (H).

1.) Loosen the six Back Panel Screws (H) from Step #5

of the Elevation Mobile Stand (#27624) assembly

instructions. SeeIllustration# 1.

2.) Taketheassembly from theendof Step#3of theElevationWallMount(#27589)

andhookthemount tabs thatareonthe back frame intothesix brackets that theBackPanel

of # 27624 is hooked into. See Illustration # 2.

3.)Retightenthe sixBackPanel Screws(H)to

secure the two assemblies together.
