1. Dust may interfere with signal transfer. Use a spray
gun to blow away the dust. Do not use water or a
damp cloth.
2. For some laptops/computers with multiple USB C
ports, you may change another USB C port.
3. Please update BIOS and USB C/Thunderbolt driver.
4. Reboot the devices and make sure all connections
are tight.
5.Type "troubleshooter" in the Windows "Start
Search" box to start the hardware troubleshooter.
Cannot detect the hub
1. Keep pressing the power button for 20 seconds,
and connect the hub after your devices have reboot-
ed.
2. USB C can only provide a maximum 900mA
current output. So if you connect multiple USB A
devices to this hub simultaneously, some devices
may not work steadily and you may unplug some
devices and see if there is any difference.
3. Please update the driver of your USB peripherals to
the latest version.

1. Interfere with WiFi signals: Since the frequency
of WiFi 2.4G (2.4GHz) is close to USB 3.0 (2.5GHz),
it may cause network signal interference when you
use USB 3.0 devices. In this situation, you may
keep the hub away from the host device. Wired
network connection is recommended.
2. Bluetooth devices experience latency/discon-
nection: Bluetooth devices use a specific radio
frequency (2.4G), while USB 3.0 is allowed to use
conflicts with the specific frequency Bluetooth
devices all use. The signal interference may cause
potential degradation in the performance of the
Bluetooth device.
If latency of Bluetooth device happens, try to
avoid inserting Bluetooth receiver into an adjacent
port to the USB 3.0 devices. For example, you can
plug your Bluetooth keyboard receiver into Port 1
(of the four ports) and plug your USB 3.0 drive into
Port 4. If they still interfere with each other, you
would have to plug the receiver directly into the
USB A port of your computer/laptop.
WiFi and Bluetooth Problem
The hub is NOT intended for charging. This hub
provides only enough current to support data
transfer, so even if your device shows its charging,
the speed should be quite low.

1. WLAN-Signale stören：
Da die Frequenz von WiFi 2.4G (2.4GHz) nahe bei
USB 3.0 (2.5GHz) liegt, kann es bei Verwendung
von USB 3.0-Geräten zu Störungen des Netzwerk-
signals kommen. In dieser Situation können Sie
den Hub vom Hostgerät fernhalten und eine kabel-
gebundene Netzwerkverbindung wird empfohlen.
2. Bluetooth-Geräte Erfahren Sie Latenz/Verbin-
dungsabbruch：
Bluetooth-Geräte verwenden eine bestimmte
Funkfrequenz (2,4 G), während USB 3.0 Konflikte
mit der bestimmten Frequenz verwenden darf, die
alle Bluetooth-Geräte verwenden. Die Signalstö-
rung kann die Leistung des Bluetooth-Geräts
möglicherweise beeinträchtigen.
Wenn die Latenz des Bluetooth-Geräts auftritt,

gegenseitig stören, müssten Sie den Empfänger
direkt an den USB-A anschließen Port Ihres
Computers/Laptops.
