• Please read this Important Safeguards carefully before you use the blender and
keep it well for future reference.
• Please read all instructions before use.
• Never attempt to repair or disassemble the motor base.
• Never immerse the motor base, cord, plug in water or any liquid.
• If the mains cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly quali ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or other parts are
damaged or not functioning properly.
• Do not twist, pull or abuse the mains cord.
• Do not leave the mains cord within the reach of children, close to or in
contact with the hot parts of your appliance, close to a heat source or
a sharp edge, or in contact with the blades.
• Do not plug into mains voltage other than 220-240v. Warranty will be
void if product is damaged plugging into the wrong mains.
• Handle the blades with extreme care during cleaning and this could
result in injury. The cutting blades are very sharp and could cut your
ngers.

Important Safeguards
• Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance (220-240V)
corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the
appliances.
• Always unplug the appliance when not in use or before cleaning.
• Always unplug the appliance before you assemble, disassemble or
move the blenders or accessories.
• Always unplug the appliance if the blades get stuck.
• Always place the appliance on a fl at and stable work surface. Do
not move the apliance during operation.
• Do not use for commercial purposes. Any inappropriate use or failure
to comply with the instruction, the manufacturer would not accept
responsiblity and warranty is void.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unelss they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Never use unauthorized accessories that are not supplied by
Vitantonio or the local agent.
• Do not leave the appliance run unattended.

• Do not blend non-food items. Do not use blenders to blend hard food
like bones as this could damage the blades.
• Do not put in hot ingredients over 40°C.
• Always fasten the blade unit into the bottle properly before blending.
• To reduce the risk of injury, never place the blade unit on base
without the bottle securely fastened.
• Do not exceed the maximum level indicated on bottle.
• Do not use the appliances for prolonged period of time.
• Do not put the bottle, blade unit, lid, motor base and any of the parts
in a microwave oven.

This is not an ice crusher and it is not supposed to crush ice
without water or juice.
(Recommended ice size is 2cm or around 30g)
It is not meant for chopping or grinding meat or sh.
Examples: red beans and boiled potatos.
Examples: cheese, dry seaweed, jinseng, sesame, coffee
beans, almond

Ingredients to Blend with Water / Juice
VBL-3 Mini Bottle Blender is designed to blend smoothie and juice. It is
suitable for blending solid together with liquid food ingredients. However it is
not meant for ne chopping or slicing.
Do not use this appliance to blend non-food items.
Overloading the blender could activate the protection device to stop the
appliance. If this happens, stop blending and follow the below procedures.
Unplug from the mains.
Let it cool down for 30 minutes, then you may blend again.

The Drive Couplers are made of rubber and could be slightly worn with black powder
during daily usage. This is not a product damage.
If the bottle is not set up properly on the motor base during use, or blending abnormal
amount of food, the drive couplers could be worn out quickly. If this happens, please
contact the local service provider.

PROCEDURES
BEFORE USE
• Make sure the blade unit is locked
into the bottle properly.
• Blend only when assembled properly.
• Do not put in hot ingredients (< 50°C.
Cooling to room temperature is
recommended.
• Never exceed the maximum mark of
the bottle (280ml)
• Do not use prohibited ingredients.

2Turn and fasten the blade unit into the
bottle.
** If the ingredient is too big and stuck. Please
remove and cut into smaller pieces.
Prepare ingredients according to recipe.
Use the rod to fi x the seal on the
blade unit as shown on the picture.
Not fi xing the seal properly could
result in leakage of ingredients and
thus product damage.
Follow the below orders:
Ice cubes
Ingredients with little water content.
e.g. apples, carrots, bananas.
Green vegetables
Ingredients with more water content.
e.g. grapes, oranges.
Liquid
Ingredients are suggested to cut into
biggest 2cm.

• Continuous blending for prolonged
period (>1 min) is not recommended.
• Do not move the motor base in the
process. Make sure the suction feet
are attached on the surface.
• Do not tilt the bottle during blending.

Plug in the mains socket (220-240V only).
Press the bottle from the top to blend.
Stop blending by stop pressing the bottle.
Place the motor base on a fl at surface
where the suction feet could fi rmly attach.
Turn the bottle upside down.
** Recommended to blend by doing PULSE
actions several times for best result.
** If the ingredient is stuck at the top of the
bottle, lift up the bottle and shake to mix the
ingredients.
PULSE: press for 1 second then stop.
CONTINUOUS: long press the bottle.
** If the blade unit is not securely fastened, the
ingredients could leak.

• Lift up the bottle only when the motor
rotation has stopped. The blade could
continue the motion for a few seconds
even when the motor base stopped.
• Do not touch the blade with bare
hands. Put the blade unit into a safe
place.
• Unplug from power supply after use.

Lift up the bottle and turn it upside down.
Loosen the blade unit.
Fasten the lid into the bottle for storage or
drinking on the go.
