Hand Blender HB-735
Intent of the device: This appliance is designed for chop-
ping, mixing, preparing small amount of products and for house-
hold use only.
Basic consumer properties and features:
Power supply: 220-240 V, ~50 Hz
Power: 600 W
Maximum continuous operation period:
– during soft product processing – 1 min;
– during hard product processing – 15 sec
Rest time after continuous operation period – not less than 2 min.
The recommended storage temperature is from +5 to +35 °C.
The product has been certified in compliance with effective
technical regulations.
The manufacturer may in its own discretion and without any
additional notices change the configuration, appearance, manu-
facturing country and technical features of the model.

OF SAFETY OPERATION
SAFETY MEASURES
!To avoid electric shocks, do not immerse the
appliance, plug or power cord in water
or any other liquids. Do not place the appli-
ance where it could come into contact with wa-
ter or other liquids. If the appliance comes in
contact with water, immediately disconnect it from the mains.
Do not use the machine again until it has been serviced by an
authorized service center.
!Do not let children use the appliance without supervision.
!This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili-
ties, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
!If the power cord plug does not fit to your wall socket,
consult a qualified electrician.
!Use of various adapters may result in damage to the
appliance and termination of warranty.
!Always supervise the appliance while in use.
!Always unplug before moving the appliance from one
place to another, cleaning and storing.
!Never pull the cord to disconnect the appliance, instead grasp
the plug and pull it to disconnect.
!Do not allow the cord or the machine itself to come in contact
with hot surfaces.
!Position the appliance and the cord so that nobody can acci-
dentally overturn it.
!Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, or it has a
damaged power cord or plug. Do not modify or repair the
machine yourself.

!Do not dismantle the appliance as improper assembly might result
in an electric shock during the subsequent use of the equipment.
!Repairs should only be done by authorized service centers.
!This equipment is intended for household use only, not for
commercial or industrial use.
!Please follow all the requirements of this guide.
!Do not use the appliance if it has mechanical defects (dents,
cracks etc.), get it checked by the nearest authorized service
center.
!To avoid mechanical defects and damage, take care during
the appliance transportation.
SPECIAL SAFETY MEASURES
!Before turning the appliance on for the first
time, make sure that all components of the
blender have been properly installed.
!Do not apply too much force when installing
the blender attachment, as it may result in the
breakage of the appliance and in the termination
of the warranty.
!If a smell of burning, foreign sounds or power reduction occur
during the blending process, immediately unplug the appliance
from the outlet and clean the blender. If the blender still mal-
functions after cleaning, contact an authorized service center.
!It is recommended that original factory packaging should be
used for the transportation of the blender in order to prevent
its parts from breaking.
!If the ingredients are hot, allow them to cool before blending
(maximum temperature: 80°C). Never blend hot fat or oil with
the blender.
!Never use the blender to blend paints or solvents.
!Do not attempt to remove any ingredients when the blender is
in operation.
!Always turn the appliance off before removing the attach-
ment.
!The blades of the blender are very sharp. Never touch the
blades of the blender.
!Turn the blender on only after it has been fully assembled.
Always check whether the appliance has been properly as-
sembled before each use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Use of blender and whisk
1. Install selected whisk or blender (4,5) by
moving it anticlockwise to the body (1 ) until
tightened. To disassemble just turn in the ad-
verse direction.
2. Before turning on, please, make sure that
whisk or blender (4,5) is inserted correctly!
3. Plug the appliance into the mains.
4. Lower whisk or blender into the bowl with the product to be
processed or into the blending glass (11).
Note: blades of blender (4) should be completely plunged
into the processed product in order to prevent
sputtering.
5. To switch on the appliance, push desired speed mode using
speed buttons (2,3). Keep the button pressed while the appli-
ance is operating.
6. To stop hand blender operation release the speed button (2,3).
7. Unplug the appliance from the mains after use.
8. The appliance can be used with any bowls or containers.
Use of mincer
1. Mincer bowl is suitable for mincing meat, cheese, onions, herbs,
garlic, carrots, nuts etc. and to prepare fruit, vegetable and
alcoholic beverages, mash, liquid dough etc. Before mincing,
cut the product into smaller parts, remove shell, bones, ten-
dons and cartilage.
2. Install mincer blade (8) into the bowl (9).
3. Place products into the mincer bowl (9).
Note: when processing solid products the bowl must only be
2/3 filled!
4. Install the mincer gear (6) on the bowl (9).
5. Place the body of appliance (1) on mincer gear (6) and turn it
clock wise until tightened.
6. Prior to switching on the appliance, make sure that the gear
(6) is properly installed!
7. Plug the appliance into the mains.
8. Select desired speed using speed buttons (2,3). Keep the
button pressed while the appliance is operating.
9. Unplug the appliance from mains after use.
BEFORE USE
Unpack the appliance and wash blender,
whisks (4, 5), blade (8) and bowl (9), wipe
appliance body (1) and power cord (10) of
the appliance with moisturized fabric and then
wipe them dry.

MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the appliance from mains
before cleaning.
2. Remove blender or whisk (4,5) from the
body (1), by turning it out. Thoroughly wash
blender or whisk (4,5), blade (8), blend-
ing glass (11) and mincer bowl (9) in warm
water and get them completely dried.
3. Wipe the body (1) and power cord (10) with moisturized
fabric and then wipe them dry.
4. Never plunge the body (1) and power cord (10) in water.
5. Do not use abrasive cleansers to clean parts of the appliance.
HELPFUL HINTS
!To produce a homogeneous mixture, move the
attachment (4,5) in a circle inside the con-
tainer. If you need to scrape off the remainder
of the unblended ingredients from the walls of
the container used for blending, stop the appli-
ance and scrape off the remainder of the in-
gredients from the walls, using a spoon. Then
proceed with the blending process in the selected mode.
!You can change the blender speed during the blending pro-
cess.
Milk shake
Milk – 180 ml
Sugar – 10 g
Banana – 0,5 piece
Vanilla ice-cream – 50g
Cut banana into pieces. Put all ingredients into the blender.
Start blending the shake at minimum speed, gradually moving up
to high. Blend until the mixture is frothy. Other fresh fruits can be
used instead of banana.
Mayonnaise
Egg yolks – 6
Mustard – 25g
Lemon – 1 piece
Vinegar – 20 g
Vegetable oil – 800 g
Salt, pepper to taste
Put fresh egg yolks into the blender jar and add mustard, salt
and the juice of half of the lemon. Mix them thoroughly. Then
whilst blending, gradually add the vegetable oil until the sauce is
thick. Add the vinegar and the remaining lemon juice and mix the
substance again. Season to taste. It is recommended to select the
minimum operating speed to prepare mayonnaise.
Creamy Zucchini soup
2 medium-sized Zucchini cut into segments
Butter – 2 table spoons
Bulb onions (minced) – 2 table spoons

Garlic – 1 large clove
Curry powder – 1 teaspoon
Cream – ½ cup
Chicken broth – ½ litre8
Stew zucchini, onions and garlic with oil in a frying pan without
a lid. Vegetables should be soft but not browned. Process the
stewed vegetables using the blender. Add broth, cream and curry
and process again thoroughly. Put the soup into a pan and on low
heat bring it up to a boil, when the soup starts boiling, remove it
and serve.
Eggplant paste
Eggplants – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 1 glove
Olive oil – 1,2 cups
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt – 1 tea spoon
Black pepper – up to taste
Bake the eggplants with the peel for 1 hour. Cool them and
extract n the pulp with the spoon. Put the pulp into the bowl, cover
with the lid and blend for 10 seconds. Add garlic, lemon juice, oil
and pepper. Blend for 5 seconds more. Cool in the refrigerator,
cover with the onions, parsley and toats.

If your appliance does not operate or
does not operate properly, contact an au-
thorized service center for consultancy or
repair.
Warrantee conditions:
1. The warranty period is 2 years beginning
with the sales date.
2. The warranty is valid only if the guarantee card contains sales
date, seller signature, appliance serial number.
Please, keep all the documents supplied with the appliance (cash
voucher and cash memo, instruction manual) during the ex-
ploitation period.
3. The warranty is not valid if the serial number is changed, not
distinct or deleted and the factory stamp is destroyed or dam-
aged.
4. The warrantee does not cover:
– product packing, consumables and accessories (knives, disks,
tips, leads, bowls, filters, grids, replaceable batteries, etc.);
– mechanical damages and natural wear of the product;
– failures due to overloading, improper or careless maintenance,
penetration of liquids, dust, insects and other foreign matters
inside the product, exposure of plastic and other not thermal-
resistant components to high temperatures, force-majeure cir-
cumstances (accidents, fire, flooding, power grid failure, light-
ning stroke, etc.);
– damages caused by:
!Non-fulfillment of the above-mentioned precautions and op-
erating manuals.

!Application in commercial purposes (application of the product
beyond personal daily living needs).
!Connection to a grid with a voltage which differs from that
indicated on the appliance.
!Unauthorized repair or replacement of the components of the
appliance, performed by an unauthorized person or service
center.
!Cord damage.
5. The warranty doesn’t cover the adjustment, installation and
periodic maintenance of the appliance in accordance with the
instruction manual.
DISPOSAL
The appliance should be disposed of in accordance
with waste disposal regulations in your country
and with the least damage to the environment.
Only ecologically safe materials are used in the
packaging of our products and the cardboard and
paper can be disposed of with normal paper waste.
