1.Front tire installation
1）inspection before installation.
Check if there is any damage ,deformation on the tire; use the
tire pressure tool to test the tire pressure .the tire can be
installed if the tire pressure is ok ,take corresponding
measures if the tire pressure is not in the range of standard
2）Front tire installation
install the tire into the bracket of rim, then tighten the nuts.

2. Front bumper bar installation
1.Remove cotter of traction device ,then remove the hook
2.align the dragline pulley（2）with the upper two holes
on the front bumper bar（1）,use hexagonal flange bolt M8×30
（3）to do pre-tighten, then align the bottom two holes in the
front bumper bar, ,use hexagonal flange bolt M8×20（4）to
tighten it , after this, tighten the upper two bolts.
3.pull winch drawstring out from the middle of dragline pulley,
fit the traction hook ,fit cotter

3. Steering handle installation
1）Adjust steering handle
loose the four bolts(2),adjust the steering handle untill
it is suitable for driving, tighten the four bolts
2）Shield of steering handle installation
install the shield onto the base of steering handle
3) Mounting plate installation
as the position shown in (2)the picture, use tapping screw and
hexagonal flat screw to fix it

4) rearview mirror installation
fit the rearview mirror on the mounting base, adjust it until
it is suitable for driving then tighten it

4.Rear seat installation
As shown in the picture,put forwards the slot(1) into the
slot(A),align the position(2) with the position(B),push the
hook(3) into beam(C),waggle the chair to check if the chair
shake or not , refit it if the chair shake.

5 Rear bumper bar installation
AS shown in the picture,align the two bottom hole of the rear
bumper with the second hole on the rear handrail,use 4 inner
hexagonal flat screw(3) and 4 hexagonal flange nut to do
pre-tighten, use hexagonal flat bolts M8×20 to fix in the upper
two hole(5),tighten the bottom nuts.
Enter part(2) into part(1),fit the hinge pin (4),fit
pin(5) ,fit part(3) ,fit hexagonal flat boltM8X16（6）and
tighten it.

7.Coverplate of rack installation
Fit the left and right coverplate (1.3),use inner
hexagonalf lat screw M6×16 to fix it,then fit the middle
coverplate .
