7. Inspectandmaintainthisdeviceregularly.Ifyoudetectaproblem,
makesuretoserviceorrepairthedevicebeforeuse.
8. Someofthescrewsboltsandnutsonthisdevicearespecialhigh‐
strengthfasteners.
9. ONLYusefastenersprovidedbyyoursupplier.
10. Over‐orunder‐tightenedfastenersmayfailorcausedamageto
chairparts.
11. Ifboltsorscrewsbecomeloose,tightenthemassoonasyoucan.
12. Therafinrecommendsthatallfastenersbecheckedforwear,such
aslooseboltsorbrokencomponentsevery3monthsorasneeded.
13. Loosefastenersshouldberetightenedaccordingtotheinstallation
instructions.
14. Checkthefunctionofallmoveablepartsduringeachuse.Insure
theyadjustandlockintopositiontoprovidethenecessarysupport
totheuser.
15. Whenhingedoradjustablecomponentsaremovedtheremaybea
“pinchpoint”.Beawareofthesepointsandinsureallbodyparts
arekeptclearduringmovementsandadjustments.
