Safety instructions
Read these Instructions before rst use.
1. Before connecting the appliance, make sure that your voltage corresponds to the rating label
on the appliance.
2. Provide for supervision when the appliance is used near children; the appliance must not be
used by children under 8 years.
3. The blades are sharp – handle them with extra care, especially in cleaning.
4. Never let the blender run unattended.
5. If the plug or power cable is damaged, or the appliance is faulty, donot attempt to repair it,
please contact aprofessional service.
6. The use of accessory attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may result
in re, electric shock or personal injury.
7.Donot let the cordhang overtheedgeofatable or counter,ortouchhot surfacesincludingthestove.
8. Donot plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug
the appliance before disassembling the appliance or handling the blade.
9.Donot usethe blender with theblending button pressed for more than120 seconds atatime! If
the appliance begins to overheat due to prolonged uninterrupted blending, disconnect it from the
grid, donot use it for 15 minutes, then connect again and continue blending.
10. Donot use the blender with the pulse mode button pressed for more than 10 seconds at atime!
11. This appliance is not intended for use by children under the age of 8 years and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by aperson
responsible for their safety.
12. Donot process more than three batches without interruption. Let the appliance cool down
to room temperature before you continue to process.
13. Unplug from the power outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking o parts, and
before cleaning.
14. To protect against re, electric shock and personal injury, donot immerse the handle of the
blender, its cord or plug in water or any other liquids.
15. The appliance is intended for household use only; donot use it outdoors.
