Important Information
Please read this installation guide carefully before you
start the installation. The installation normally requires
just a couple of minutes.
Open the bonnet, close all doors and wait five minutes
before you start the installation so that there is no more
residual current. Now you can start the installation.
The function of the “blind plug” is to reset the car to its
original settings by executing only a few steps. To do so
please remove the Superchips Pro2 with the ignition off
and substitute it with the blind plug.
For maximum engine safety, the service intervals of the
vehicle manufacturer must be observed, the oil types
specified by the manufacturer must be used, and
especially the oil changes prescribed by the manufacturer
must be carried out regularly while using the Superchips
Pro2. To achieve a perfect power enhancement the use of
super-plus petrol is recommended.
We kindly ask you to follow each of the steps exactly;
however, please consider that the pictures shown here can
differ slightly from your engine.
The installation shown below is only to show the
individual installation steps.
For some of the vehicles it is possible that the wiring
harness has to be connected to two different sensors.

Installation and testing of cable harness
1. Find the MAP sensor. 2. Unlock the sensor and remove it
by pulling it outwards.
3. Now, connect the detached plug
of your vehicle to the loom on the
Superchips Pro2 cable.

4. Then insert the plug of the cable
harness into the sensor. Make sure that
a clear “click” can be heard when you
plug the connections together.
5. Now, plug the other end of the cable
harness into the Superchips Pro2 and
lock it by pulling the coloured plug.
Locate the unit securely with the
cable ties provided.
6. You can use the “blind plug” to
quickly restore your vehicle’s standard
settings; to do so remove the
Superchips Pro2 and connected the
“blind plug” to the harness.
