Applicazioni
1. Il sistema scarico fumi doppiaparete aria STABILE DA può
essere utilizzato per tutti i tipi di generatori civili industriali a
combustibile gassoso, liquido.
2. Il sistema STABILE DA è certicato per ricevere i prodotti della
combustione con temperature no a 200°C con guarnizione
montata.
3. Il sistema STABILE DA è adatto per essere installato come
camino e canna collettiva in conformità alle norme UNI 7129,
UNI 11528 e UNI TS 11278.
4. In ambienti dove l’atmosfera è ricca di vapori alogeni, non è
consigliato l’uso di canne fumarie in acciaio inox (lavanderie,
tintorie, tipograe, acconciature). Nel caso di utilizzo in questi
ambienti, i prodotti perderanno la Garanzia della Casa.
Applications
1. The twin-wall STABILE DA ue system can be used for every
kind of civil or industrial generator working with gas, diesel
fuel.
2. The STABILE DA system is certied for combustion products
having a max temperature not exceeding 200°C with mounted
gasket.
3. The STABILE DA system is suitable for being installed as duct,
single and multiple relined ue, in compliance with the current
national regulations.
4. In locations where the atmosphere is rich in halogen fumes,
we do not recommend the use of stainless steel chimneys
(laundries, dye works, printing works, and hairdressings).
The usage of these products in such locations voids the
manufacturer’s warranty.
Applications
1. Le système de conduit de fumées STABILE DA double paroi
peut être utilisé pour tous types d’appareil de chauage civil ou
industriel fonctionnant avec gaz, pétrole.
2. Le système STABILE DA est certié pour produits de la
combustion avec une température maximale de 200°C avec
joint.
3. Le système STABILE DA est adapté pour être installé comme
conduit, conduit intubé simple et multiple, en conformité avec
les réglementations nationales en vigueur.
4. Aux endroits où l’atmosphère est riche en gaz halogènes, nous
ne recommandons pas l’utilisation de cheminées en acier
inoxydable (blanchisseries, teintureries, typographies,
coieurs). L’utilisation de ces produits dans de tels endroits
annule la garantie du fabricant.
Istruzioni d’installazione
1. I componenti del sistema STABILE DA devono essere installati
solo da personale qualicato secondo la legislazione vigente
(D.M. 37/08).
2. Accertarsi, prima di eettuare qualsiasi tipo di installazione,
che la designazione di prodotto presente sull’etichetta sia ido-
nea al tipo di installazione da eettuare.
3. Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di installazione o
manutenzione, si raccomanda di togliere l’alimentazione
elettrica dal generatore di calore (fare riferimento al manuale
dell’apparecchio stesso).
4. Gli elementi vanno installati con la freccia (stampata
sull’etichetta del singolo pezzo) orientata nella direzione dei
fumi (femmina verso l’alto).
5. Assemblare gli elementi accertandosi che la guarnizione,
rimanga nella propria sede e che non venga danneggiata
durante l’assemblaggio stesso. Al ne di evitare il
deterioramento delle guarnizioni, non utilizzare lubricanti
destinati ad altri impieghi (olio motore, olio per circuiti
idraulici, olio vegetale o animale). Se necessario, lubricare
la guarnizione con lo speciale scivolante (cod. AC SCISP) per
facilitare l’innesto dei componenti.
6. Dopo l’assemblaggio serrare sempre la fascetta di bloccaggio
(DAFB 19) tra il maschio e la femmina.
7. Sui tratti verticali, applicare un supporto murale come previsto
dal libretto uso e manutenzione e/o manuale tecnico del
sistema STABILE DA, mentre sui tratti sub-orizzontali installare
una fascetta murale ogni 1,5 m e/o ogni cambio di direzione.
8. Nel caso di utilizzo del sistema STABILE DA per apparecchi
a condensazione, nei tratti sub-orizzontali assemblare gli
elementi lineari avendo cura di mantenere il cordone di
saldatura verso l’alto e di installare l’apposita guarnizione in
EDPM cod. PSGT 71.
9. La distanza minima di ogni componente da eventuali materiali
combustibili adiacenti è riportata nelle designazioni indicate
nelle etichette di prodotto e nella “D.o.P.”.
10. Terminata l’installazione eseguire i controlli e le veriche
di collaudo secondo UNI 7129, rilasciare al committente la
“Dichiarazione di Conformità” dell’impianto secondo la
legislazione vigente (D.M. 37/08) e applicare nelle immediate
vicinanze del sistema fumario installato la “placca camino”
compilata in ogni sua parte.
11. Qualora l’installazione comportasse modiche strutturali dei
componenti, decadrà la Garanzia della Casa e la responsabilità
del Produttore.
12. Per qualsiasi altra informazione tecnica consultare il libretto
d’uso e manutenzione e/o il manuale tecnico del sistema
STABILE DA.
Installation instructions
1. The components of the STABILE DA system shall be
installed only by qualied personnel according to the current
regulations.
2. Before any kind of installation, make sure that the product
designation marked on the label of the item is suitable for the
type of installation to perform.
3. Before carrying out any installation or maintenance, we
recommend to unplug the heat generator (please refer to the
manual of the appliance itself).
4. The elements shall be installed with the arrow - marked on the
label of every single item - pointing in the direction of the ue
gases (female side upwards).
5. Assemble the elements making sure that the gaskets,
remain in their seat and that they do not get damaged during
assembly. In order to avoid the deterioration of the gaskets,
do not use lubricants intended for other uses (motor oil, oil
for hydraulic circuits, vegetal or animal oil). Where necessary,
lubricate the gaskets with the special lubricant - Item code
ACSCISP - to facilitate the coupling of the components.
6. After assembling always lock the locking band (DAFB 19)
between the male and the female side.
7. On the vertical part apply a wall support, as seen on the
booklet of use and maintenance and/or technical manual of
the system STABILE DA. On the sub-horizontal part install a
wallband every 1.5 m and/or every change of direction.
8. In case the STABILE DA system is used for condensation
devices, assemble the sub-horizontal part with straight
elements, taking care to maintain the welding on the upper
side and to install the gasket in EDPM cod. PSGT 71.
9. The minimum distances of each component from adjacent
combustible materials is provided in the designation -
indicated in every item label - and in the "D.o.P.".
10. After the installation carry out controls and tightness tests
and issue the “Declaration of Conformity” to the customer
according to the current legislation and apply in the proximity of the
installed system the “chimney identication plate” completely
lled in.
11. Any structural modication of the components during
installation voids the Warranty and all responsibilities of the
Manufacturer.
12. For any further technical information, please refer to the
maintenance booklet and/or to the technical manual of
STABILE DA system.
Instructions d’installation
1. Les composants du système STABILE DA ne doivent être
installés que par du personnel qualié en vertu de la
législation en vigueur.
2. Avant toute installation assurez-vous que la désignation de
produit indiquée sur l’étiquette est appropriée pour le type
d’installation que vous devez eectuer.
3. Avant toute opération d’installation ou maintenance, on
vous recommande de débrancher le générateur de chaleur
(reportez-vous au manuel de l’appareil même).
4. Les éléments doivent être installés avec la èche (marquée
sur l’étiquette de chaque pièce) pointant vers la direction des
fumées (femelle vers le haut).
5. Assemblez les éléments en vous assurant que les joints,
restent dans leur siège et qu’ils ne soient pas endommagés
pendant l’assemblage même. An d’éviter la détérioration des
joints, n’utilizez pas des lubriants destinés à d’autres usages
(huile moteur, huile pour circuits hydrauliques, huile végétale
ou animale). Si nécessaire, lubriez les joints avec le lubriants
spécial (réf. AC SCISP) pour faciliter l’emboitement entre les
composants.
6. Après le montage, enfermer toujours le collier couvre joint
(DAFB 19) entre la partie male et la partie femelle.
7. Sur les parties verticales, appliquer un support mural comme
prévu dans la brochure d’utilisation et maintenance et/ou
manuel technique du système STABILE DA. Sur les parties
sub-horizontales installer un collier mural chaque 1,5 m et/ou
chaque change de direction.
8. Dans le cas d’utilisation du système STABILE DA pour
appareils à condensation, dans la partie sub-horizontal
assembler les éléments droits, en maintenant le soudage vers
l’haut et de installer le joint en EDPM cod. PSGT 71.
9. Les distances minimales des matériaux combustibles adjacents
de chaque composant sont indiquées dans la désignation
marquée sur les étiquettes du produit et dans la "D.o.p.".
10. Après l’installation faire toutes vérications et les tests
d’étanchéité conformément aux réglementations locales et
fournir au client la «Déclaration de Conformité» du conduit de
fumées en vertu de la législation en vigueur et appliquer en
proximité du système la plaque de certication de cheminée
correctement compilée.
11. Si l’installation exige des changements structurels des
composants, cela annule la garantie du fabricant.
12. Pour toutes informations techniques supplémentaires,
consultez la brochure d’utilisation et maintenance et/ou le
manuel technique du système STABILE DA.
Manutenzione
1. La manutenzione dell’impianto fumario deve essere eseguita
da personale qualicato secondo la legislazione vigente (D.M.
37/08).
2. La manutenzione, la periodicità e il controllo dell’impianto
fumario vanno eseguiti secondo la legislazione vigente (D.P.R.
74/13) e/o eventuali prescrizioni regionali.
3. Per mantenere inalterate nel tempo le caratteristiche tecniche
e prestazionali dei prodotti è necessario istituire un piano di
manutenzione programmata. Si consiglia di controllare e/o
pulire il sistema STABILE DA una volta all’anno per applicazioni
a combustibile gassoso o liquido.
4. Le operazioni di pulizia del sistema STABILE DA devono
essere eseguite utilizzando attrezzature e strumenti adeguati,
nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative in materia di tutela
della sicurezza e della salute dei lavoratori.
5. Per la pulizia delle pareti interne del sistema STABILE DA si dovrà
utilizzare una spugna, un panno o una spazzola di plastica
morbida. NON UTILIZZARE SPAZZOLE, SPUGNE O PANNI
ABRASIVI. Non utilizzare solventi aggressivi o acidi.
6. Dove installato un sistema di raccolta della condensa,
vericare il corretto smaltimento di quest’ultima e se
necessario pulire o sostituire le parti interessate.
7. In corrispondenza della manutenzione programmata, ai ni
di mantenere un elevato standard di sicurezza, si consiglia di
vericare l’integrità delle guarnizioni di tenuta ogni qualvolta
gli elementi del sistema STABILE DA vengono smontati,
sostituendo, se necessario, le guarnizioni con ricambi originali.
Maintenance
1. The maintenance of the ue system shall be performed by
qualied personnel under current legislation.
2. The maintenance, the periodicity and the control of the ue
system shall be performed under current legislation and/or
local prescriptions.
3. In order to keep the technical and performance characteristics
of the products unchanged over time, it is necessary to
establish a scheduled maintenance plan. We recommend to
check and/or clean the STABILE DA system at least once a year
for gas or liquid combustibles.
4. The tests and the controls on the STABILE DA system must
be performed using appropriate equipment and tools in
accordance with the current legislations and with the
provisions regarding the safety and the health of workers.
5. For the cleaning of the internal walls of the STABILE DA
system, use a sponge, or a soft plastic scrubber. DO NOT USE
ABRASIVE BRUSHES, SPONGES OR CLOTHS. Do not use
aggressive or acid solvents.
6. Where a system for collecting the condensates is installed,
verify the proper disposal of the condensates and - where
appropriate - clean or replace the involved parts.
7. At every scheduled maintenance, in order to keep a high
safety standard, we suggest to check the integrity of the
sealing gaskets whenever disassembling the elements of the
STABILE DA system, by replacing - where appropriate - the
gaskets with original spare parts.
Maintenance
1. La maintenance du conduit de fumées doit être faite par du
personnel qualié en vertu de la législation en vigueur.
2. La maintenance, la périodicité, et la vérications du conduit de
fumées doit être faite conformément à la législation en vigueur
et/ou aux réglementations locales.
3. An de garder les caractéristiques techniques et les
performances des produits inchangées dans le temps,
c’est nécessaire établir un plan de maintenance planiée.
Nous recommandons de contrôler et/ou nettoyer le système
STABILE DA une fois à l’année pour combustibles à gaz ou
liquides.
4. Pour les combustibles à pellet, les vérications et les contrôles
du système STABILE DA devront être faits conformément aux
réglementations en vigueur, en utilisant un équipement et des
outils appropriés et en conformité avec les dispositions
concernant la santé et la sécurité des travailleurs.
5. Pour le nettoyage des parois intérieures du système STABILE
DA on doit utiliser une éponge ou un laveur en plastique souple.
NE PAS UTILISER DES BROSSES OU DES LAVEURS ABRASIVES.
Ne pas utiliser des solvants agressifs ou acides.
6. Où un système de recueil des condensats est installé, vériez
l’élimination appropriée des condensats et - le cas échéant -
nettoyez ou remplacez les parties impliquées.
7. Lors de la maintenance planiée, an de maintenir un haut
niveau de sécurité, on vous conseille de vérier l’intégrité des
joints d’étanchéité chaque fois qu’on démonte les éléments du
système STABILE DA en remplaçant, si nécessaire, les joints
avec des pièces d’origine.
Stoccaggio
1. Tutti i prodotti del sistema STABILE DA escono dalla fabbrica
confezionati in scatole di cartone, regolarmente etichettati per
tipologia di prodotto.
2. Conservare i singoli elementi e/o accessori in luoghi adeguati,
al riparo da possibili urti e in condizioni di protezione
generale da tutti quegli agenti che potrebbero danneggiarli.
STABILE S.p.A. non risponde di eventuali danni causati da
incuria, inappropriato stoccaggio e utilizzo.
Storage
1. All the products of the STABILE DA system leave the factory
wrapped in a plastic lm individually (linear elements), packed
in carton boxes and regularly labelled by product type.
2. After removing the products from the pallet, store them in
adequate places, safe from possible shocks and in conditions
of general protection from all agents that might damage them.
STABILE S.p.A. is not responsible for any damage caused by
negligence, inappropriate storage and use.
Stockage
1. Tous les composants du système STABILE DA départent
d’usine plastiés individuellement (éléments linéaires), emballés
dans des boites en carton et régulièrement étiquetés par type de
produit.
2. Une fois retirés de la palette, conservez les éléments et/ou
accessoires dans des endroits adéquats, à l’abri de chocs
éventuels et conditions de protection générale contre tous
agents qui pourraient les endommager. STABILE S.p.A. n’est
pas responsable de tout dommage causé par négligence,
stockage ou utilisation inapproprié.
