1. Introductions
Thank you for purchasing our mini crawler crane "SPT1009"; this manual introduces the operation of the
crane and safety tips, and describes the crane reasonable operation and maintenance.
The warnings and forbidden details should be strictly abided by. Alot of accidents are related to not abiding by
the crane safety warnings, inspection and maintenance. Be sure to read this manual before operation, and
understand crane operation steps, inspection and maintenance items. Failing to keep the crane safety operation
procedures may lead to accidents.
Warnings
●Gale, thunderstorm, ice and snow severe cold, fog and other inclement weather, strictly
prohibited in outdoor work.
●It shall not be used when the ambient temperature is lower than one 20 °C or higher than
40 °C
●Not to be used in lightning conditions
●Not to be used when the wind speed is more than 6
●The ground is not hard and level and may not be used
●Hidden ditches, underground pipes, air raid shelters, etc. shall not be used above
●The operator shall not operate the machine when he is unwell or not in good spirits
●It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment after drinking

2. Crane summary
2.1 Operation instructions
This machine is a portable mini crawler crane which is equipped with rubber tracks and booms. It has two sets
of power supply, and can travel in the working place and hoist within the rated load. It is also a remote control
crane.
2.2 The crane configuration

Slew direction is defined as follows：Looking down the crane from above direction, the clockwise is
dextrorotation and the counterclockwise is levorotation.

2.3 The machine function
（1）Traveling devices
Traveling system is mainly composed of a pair of walking motors, engine, walking operation units and rubber
tracks. In order to ensure the crane passing ability, outriggers can be folded away when traveling or transporting.
This compact design is convenient for crane working in small spaces.
（2）Hoisting devices
Hoisting parts are composed of crane booms, slew devices, hook, winch system and outriggers. Ensure that all
four outriggers ground well before hoisting, then switch working mode to the hoisting gear before work.
（3）Safety devices
Mainly includes: automatic stop for leaving minimum wire rope, overwind alarm, walking rollover alarm,
intelligent voice system, tri-color lamp, safe load moment limiter, working lamp, EMO switch, level, the interlock
between outrigger and boom , three operation modes, data record, intelligent display screen, automatic hook stow,
integrated information control and feedback system.
3. Operation qualification
Only personnel who have obtained a local crane operation certificate can operate this crane.
