Auslöserplatte ausbauen (Fig. 5/6a):
- Zwei Befestigungsschrauben (4.1) und Sicherungsele-
mente (4.2) abschrauben.
- Bei Schaltern mit Wiedereinschaltsperre (5f, siehe Seite 7
Fig. 7b) müssen die Leitungen 490, 491, 492, 493 von den
Kontakten3.2.1/7.4 derLeiterplatte (8)abgezogen werden.
- Auslöserplatte (4) etwa 5 mm von der Blechwand (6.1)
des Schalters (6) abziehen und herausschwenken (Zug-
belastung auf Kabelbaum vermeiden).
Elektrische Einschaltverriegelung montieren (Fig. 5/6):
- Elektrische Einschaltverriegelung (5b) und Zwischenla-
ge (5.3) mit beiliegenden Schrauben (5.1b) und Siche-
rungselementen (5.2b) anschrauben.
- Leitungen 100 und 101 verlegen und mit beiliegenden
Kabelbindern abbinden (auf genaue Leitungsführung an
Stelle X achten).
Auslöserplatte einbauen (Fig. 5/6a):
- Auslöserplatte (4) einschwenken und mit Butzen (4.3) in
Bohrungen der Blechwand (6.1) einrasten (justieren).
- Bei Schaltern mit Wiedereinschaltsperre (5f, siehe Sei-
te 7Fig. 7b)Leitungen wiederan Kontakteder Leiterplat-
te (8) anschließen.
- Auslöserplatte (4) mit vorhandenen Schrauben (4.1) und
Sicherungselementen (4.2) festschrauben.
Removing the release plate (Fig. 5/6a):
- Undo two fastening screws (4.1) and locking ele-
ments (4.1).
- On circuit-breakers with reclosing lockout (5f see page 7,
Fig. 7b), leads 490, 491, 492 and 493 must be removed
from the contacts 3.2.1/7.4 of the printed-circuit board (8).
- Withdraw release plate (4) approximately 5 mm from the
metal wall (6.1) of the circuit-breaker (6) and swing it out
(avoid tensile stress on the cable harness).
Fitting the electrical closing lockout (Fig. 5/6):
- Fit electrical closing lockout (5b) and separating layer
(5.3) with the screws (5.1b) and locking elements (5.2b)
provided.
- Fit leads 100 and 101 and secure them with the cable
binders provided (ensure accurate lead routing at point X).
Fitting the release plate (Fig. 5/6a):
- Swing in release plate (4) and latch in place with stud
(4.3) in holes in the metal wall (6.1). Adjust if necessary.
- Oncircuit-breakerswithreclosinglockout(5f,seepage7,
Fig.7b), reconnect leads tocontactsof the printed-circuit
board (8).
- Tighten release plate (4) with existing screws (4.1) and
locking elements (4.2).

Hinweis:
DerinFig.6bdargestellteundschalterseitigimmervorhande-
neBetätigungsbügel6.1, muß bei der Montageder Auslöser-
platte 4 oberhalb der Druckplatte 6.4 des Auslösemagneten
F5 positioniert sein.

führen.
Note:
The operating clip 6.1 (illustrated in Fig. 6b and always fitted
on the circuit breaker) must, when the release plate 4 is
installed, always be positioned above the pressure plate 6.4
of the tripping solenoid F5.
- Guide the plunger 6.3 of the pressure plate 6.4 into the
gap 6.2 provided on the operating clip 6.1.
