BASIC SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•This multifunctional machine is intended to make espresso coffee and frothy warm milk.
You can mix them together for Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, etc.
•This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
–Staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
–By clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
–Bed and breakfast type environments.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
•The appliance is only to be used with the base provided.
•When using the appliance do not pour the water and avoid spillage on the connector.
•During cleaning, never immerse the base, the boiler and milk frother body in water.

•Be careful to avoid being scalded by spraying water or steam or due to the improper use of
the appliance.
•When using the appliance do not touch the hot surfaces. Use the buttons or handles.
•After having removed the packaging, check that the appliance is free of damage. If in
doubt, do not use the appliance and contact the authorized service center.
•Keep the packaging materials (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, etc.) out the reach of
children, as they are potential sources of danger.
•The appliance must work only connected to a power outlet; never use it directly on
flames!
•Never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet.
•In the event of faults or malfunctioning of the appliance, switch it off and do not tamper
with it.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Fill the boiler with water before placing the coffee maker on the support base.
•Do not let the power cable come into contact with the metallic parts of the coffee maker
when in operation.
INSTALLATION
•Place the appliance on a stable, flat and heat resistant surface away from water taps and
sinks.
•Check that the voltage of the mains power supply corresponds to the value indicated on
the appliance rating plate. Only connect the appliance to a power outlet with a minimum
rating of 6A that is properly earthed. The manufacturer declines all liability for any
accidents caused if the system is not correctly earthed.
•If the power outlet does not match the plug on the appliance, have the outlet replaced with
a suitable type by qualified personnel.
IMPORTANT: During the first time the coffee maker is used, all the accessories and the
internal circuits should be washed with hot water. Then make a few batches of coffee to throw
away.

A. HOW TO PREPARE ESPRESSO COFFEE
1. Ensure that the coffee maker is cold, and then unscrew it by holding the boiler with one
hand and turning the pitcher anti-clockwise with the other (Fig.1).
2. Remove the funnel and, to prepare 6 cups of coffee, fill the boiler with fresh water until
reaching the safety valve (visible inside the boiler), without exceeding it (Fig. 2). On the
other hand, to prepare 2-4 cups, fill the boiler with water to the mark (at round 2
centimeters) below the safety valve.
TIP: Use fresh and soft water. Salty or hard water will weaken the flower.
IMPORTANT: Do not use the coffee maker without water in the boiler or alternatively using
hot water for faster operation.
3. Insert the funnel filter in the boiler (Fig. 3). To prepare six cups of coffee, also insert the
2-4 cup adapter in the funnel filter (Fig. 4).
4. Fill the funnel filter with ground coffee, without pressing it (Fig. 5). Fill it a little at a time
to prevent spilling the ground coffee.
5. Distribute the ground coffee uniformly and remove any excess coffee from the edge of
the filter.
IMPORTANT: Use good quality, medium-ground coffee, for Espresso coffee makers.
6. Tighten the coffee maker securely, without exaggerating, holding the boiler with one
hand and turning the pitcher clockwise with the other, without pushing on the handle.
7. Put the coffee maker on the left position of the base (Fig. 6). Close the lid.
8. Press the left coffee maker button (Fig. 7), the button will light up red and the
heater on the bottom of the coffee maker will be activated.
9. The coffee will start to be released after 3-5 minutes.
10. When the pot is full, mix the coffee for uniformity before serving it.
11. The appliance will automatically stop after 25 minutes or so.

B1. HOW TO PREPARE WARM MILK FROTH
1. Open the lid (Fig. 1) and make sure that the stir ring is properly positioned at the bottom
of the jug (Fig. 2).
2. Pour fresh milk into the jug, maker sure not to exceed the level (100ml).
TIP: Whole milk is recommended for good frothy effect.
3. Cover with the lid (Fig. 4) and put the milk frother on the right position of the base (Fig.
5).
4. Press the right milk frother button (Fig. 5) two times, the button will light up blue
with red, the heater at the bottom of the jug will be activated, and the stir ring will rotate
at a high speed.
5. The milk inside will be agitated and heated up.
6. After a short time (about 2 min), the stir ring will stop rotating and the heater will be
turned off. The button light will turn off.
7. The milk inside will be warm and frothy and ready to serve.
8. The appliance will automatically stop after 25 minutes or so.
B2. HOW TO PREPARE WARM MILK
1. Open the lid (Fig. 1).
2. Pour fresh milk into the jug, making sure not to exceed the level (220 ml).
3. Close the lid (Fig. 4) and put the milk frother on the right position of the base (Fig. 5).

4. Press the right milk frother button (Fig.5) once, the button will light up red and the
heater at the bottom of the jug will be activated.
5. When the milk temperature has reached 75ºC, the heater will be turned off and button
light will turn off.
6. The milk inside will be warm and ready to serve.
7. The appliance will automatically stop after 25 minutes or so.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
A. COFFEE MAKER
•Before performing the cleaning operations, wait for the coffee maker to cool down after
use.
•Thoroughly rinse the interior of the boiler with warm or cool water.
•Dry the appliance with a dry cloth after cleaning.
•Clean the inside of the tube periodically.
•Regularly check the funnel and the gasket. Replace if there are signs of wear or
deterioration. Use original spare parts only.
•Regularly check that the holes in the disk filter are not blocked. If necessary, clean using a
pin (Fig. 8 from “How to prepare Espresso coffee”).
•Do not wash the coffee maker in the dishwasher.
•When cleaning do not use solvents or abrasive detergents. Simply clean it with a sponge,
keeping attention not to wet the electrical parts.
Never rinse the boiler under the tap and never immerse it in water.
B. MILK FROTHER
•The milk frother should be cleaned after use. Rinse with cold water.
•Leave some water at the bottom of the jug for a few minutes and then wipe clean with a
cloth.
•Do not wash the coffee maker in the dishwasher.
•Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning products, nor any sharp objects (such as
knives or hard brushes when cleaning).
Never rinse the jug under the tap and never immerse it in water.

RECIPES
A. Cappuccino
•Use the coffee maker to prepare Espresso coffee.
•Use the milk frother to prepare warm milk froth.
•At first fill the Espresso coffee into your cappuccino cup, afterwards add the warm milk
froth. For a perfect cappuccino we recommend a proportion of 1/3 espresso and 2/3 milk
froth.
B. Latte Macchiato
•Use the coffee maker to prepare Espresso coffee.
•Use milk frother to prepare warm milk froth.
•At first fill the milk and the warm milk forth into a latte macchiato glass, afterwards add
the espresso coffee. For a prefect latte macchiato we recommend a proportion of 2/3 milk
and 1/3 warm milk forth and a cup (50ml) of espresso coffee.

Do not dispose of this product in the usual household garbage at the end of its life
cycle; hand it over at a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic
appliances. The symbol on the product, the instructions for use or the packing will
inform you about the methods for disposal.
The materials are recyclable as mentioned in its marking. By recycling, material recycling or
other forms of re-utilization of old appliances, you are making an important contribution to

PODSTAWOWE ZASADY BEZPIECZEŃSTWA
•To wielofunkcyjne urządzenie jest przeznaczone do parzenia kawy espresso i spieniania
ciepłego mleka. Można je mieszać ze sobą aby przygotować cappuccino, latte macchiato,
etc.
•Urządzenie jest przeznaczone do stosowania w gospodarstwie domowym i w podobnych
zastosowaniach, takich jak:
–Aneksy kuchenne w sklepach, biurach i innych środowiskach roboczych;
–Przez klientów w hotelach, motelach i innych lokalach typu mieszkalnego;
–W motelach typu nocleg ze śniadaniem.
•Urządzenie nie jest przeznaczone do użytku przez osoby (w tym dzieci) o ograniczonej
sprawności fizycznej, sensorycznej czy umysłowej, lub którym brak doświadczenia i

nie używaj go stawiając bezpośrednio na płomieniach gazu!
•Nie wolno dotykać urządzenia wilgotnymi lub mokrymi rękami bądź stopami.
•W przypadku awarii lub wadliwego działania urządzenia, wyłącz je i nie manipuluj przy
nim.
•Jeśli przewód zasilający jest uszkodzony to musi on zostać wymieniony przez producenta,
autoryzowany serwis lub osoby o podobnych kwalifikacjach w celu uniknięcia
zagrożenia.
•Napełnij zbiornik wodą przed umieszczeniem kawiarki na podstawie.
•Nie pozwól, aby przewód zasilający miał kontakt z metalowymi częściami ekspresu do
kawy podczas jego pracy.
INSTALACJA
•Umieść urządzenie na stabilnej, płaskiej i odpornej na ciepło powierzchni z dala od
kranów i zlewozmywaków.
•Upewnij się, że napięcie w sieci elektrycznej odpowiada wartości podanej na tabliczce
znamionowej urządzenia. Podłącz urządzenie wyłącznie do gniazdka o min. wartości
znamionowej 6A, które jest prawidłowo uziemione. Producent nie ponosi żadnej

WAŻNE: Podczas użycia ekspresu po raz pierwszy wszystkie akcesoria i elementy
wewnętrzne należy wpierw umyć ciepłą wodą. Następnie proszę zrobić kilka porcji kawy,
które następnie należy wylać.

A. JAK PRZYRZĄDZIĆ KAWĘ ESPRESSO
1. Upewnij się, że ekspres do kawy jest zimny, a następnie odkręć go trzymając zbiornik w
jednej ręce, a w drugiej obracając dzbanek w lewo (Fig.1).
2. Wyjmij lejek i przygotuj 6 filiżanek do kawy, napełnij dolny zbiornik świeżą wodą aż do
poziomu tuż poniżej zaworu bezpieczeństwa (widocznego we wewnątrz zbiornika), nie
przekraczając go (Fig. 2). W innym przypadku w celu przygotowania 2-4 filiżanek
napełnij zbiornik wodą do znacznika (około 2 cm) poniżej zaworu bezpieczeństwa.
WSKAZÓWKA: Użyj świeżej i miękkiej wody. Słona lub twarda woda osłabi smak.
WAŻNE: Nie używaj ekspresu bez wody w zbiorniku ani alternatywnie z użyciem gorącej
wody w celu jego szybszego działania.
3. Włóż filtr lejka do zbiornika (Fig. 3). Przygotuj 6 filiżanek do kawy, albo też dla 2-4
filiżanek włóż adapter do filtra lejka (Fig. 4).
4. Napełnij filtr lejka mieloną kawą, bez naciskania (Fig. 5). Napełnij go w krótkim czasie,
aby zapobiec rozsypaniu zmielonej kawy.
5. Rozprowadź równomiernie zmieloną kawę i usuń nadmiar kawy z krawędzi filtra.
WAŻNE: Użyj dobrej jakości średnio zmielonej kawy MOKA dla ekspresów do kawy.
6. Dokręć ekspres bezpiecznie, bez nadmiernej siły, trzymając zbiornik w jednej ręce, i
obracając w prawo dzbanek w drugiej, bez pchania uchwytu.
7. Postaw ekspres do kawy po lewej stronie podstawy (Fig. 6). Zamknij pokrywę.
8. Naciśnij lewy przycisk kawiarki (Fig. 7), przycisk zostanie podświetlony na
czerwono a grzałka na dnie zbiornika wody ekspresu zostanie aktywowana.
9. Kawa zacznie wypływać po 3-5 minutach.
10. Gdy dzbanek jest pełen, wymieszaj kawę przed podaniem aby jej struktura była jednolita.
11. Urządzenie zatrzyma się automatycznie po 25 minut lub więcej.
