Do not force the card into the card reader.

Hints and Tips
Problem Solution
Nothing is
shown on
screen with
HDMI.
• Check the signal source of
the display, it should be HDMI
input.
• Only USB-C port with full
function on your device
supports HDMI output.
USB-C PD
port does not
function.
• Some of the Type C devices in
the market are just an Type C
port with data only, without
video output (HDMI) or“PD”
(Power Delivery) function. Thus
the external HDMI port/ PD
function will disable.
• Only USB-C port with full
function on your device
supports HDMI output and
Power Delivery.
It does not
work after
restarting the
computer.
• If any functional abnormality
is encountered, unplug the
product and reconnect it
again.

Problem Solution
USB device
does not
detect.
• It is recommended to plug
in the power supply when
using high-power consuming
devices or plug in the USB-C
PD to ensure there is enough
power.
Memory card
unable to read
or write.
• It is recommended you to set
the format of memory card to
exFAT or FAT.
• Unlock the memory card.
The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this
