1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The barbecook®digital thermometer helps you to eliminate over-cooking or under-
cooking foods . Use the decrease(-) or increase (+) key to set the “set temp” as
user want , when “current temp” is reach or above this setting ,the unit will alarm
5 min or alarm until user press the “start/stop”.
It also used as a count-up and count-down timer which is up to 99hour: 59min
or 99min or 59sec, the thermometer and the timer/clock is unattached and can
work simultaneous .
It has the outlook like page 3:
2. KEYBOARD
This unit has the keyboard showed: they are divided to “ key for thermometer”
and “ key for timer”
Two switch:
2.1. C/F SWITCH: toggle the unit for thermometer between Celcius OR Fahr-
enheit .
2.2. HM/MS SWITCH: when bond as “no clock “, toggle the timer between
Hours/Minutes or
Minutes/Seconds timer .
Six buttons:
2.3. ON/OFF: turn on or turn off the thermometer. The timer is always on .
2.4. START/STOP: stop or start the timer , stop the alarm when there is alarm
event .
2.5. HOUR/MIN: set hour in H/M timer and set M/S timer
2.6. MIN/SEC: set min in H/M timer and set SEC in M/S timer .
2.7. DEC(- ): decrease the “set temp” for alarm
2.8. INC (+): increase the “ set temp “ for alarm
3.OPERATION
3.1. THERMOMETER
Valid key for thermometer function:
On/Off: turn on or turn off thermometer, Timer is always on,
Dec(-): decrease the ‘Set Temp’ for alarm , press the “DEC “ button 1 sec . the “set
temp” will be decreased by 1 °C/°F.
Inc(+): increase the ‘Set Temp’ for alarm, press the “INC “ button 1 sec . the “set
temp” will be increased by 1 °C/°F.
C/F(key or switch) :toggle the unit for thermometer between Celcius or Fahrenhei
Use the Inc (+) or Dec (-) key to set the “Set Temp” as the user want, when “Cur-
rent Temp” is reach or above this setting, this unit will alarm 5 minute or alarm until
user press the “Start/Stop” key(by bond option).

3.2. TIMER
3.2.1 two keys clear: anytime press “hour/min” and “ min/sec” key together will
clear the timer
3.2.2 can toggle the unit between “Hours/Minutes” or ‘Minutes/Seconds” when
timer is not running .
3.2.3 count down/up function , max value is 99H:59M or 99M:59S.
3.2.4 Hours/Minutes timer in “count down” state , the last 1 min auto switch MS
state ( from 00h01m auto switch for 00m59s )

former one then press “start/stop” button to stop the alarm .

from the date of purchase and to the extent the use corresponds with the present
instructions for use. The receipt mentioning the date of purchase counts as guar-
antee card. This barbecook®is not suited for professional use.

1. DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE
Le thermomètre numérique barbecook®peut vous aider à éliminer vos problèmes
de cuisson excessive ou insuffisante des aliments. Il suffit d’utiliser la touche de
diminution (-) ou augmentation (+) pour régler la “set temp” (température pré-
réglée), et lorsque “current temp” (température actuelle) est atteinte ou dépasse
ce point de consigne, l’unité donnera une alarme de 5 minutes ou durera jusqu’à
ce que l’utilisateur appuie sur “start/stop” (marche / arrêt).
Ce thermomètre est également utilisé comme temporisateur positif ou à comptage
à rebours, la durée totale pouvant être de 99 heures, 59 minutes ou 99 minutes ou
59 secondes, le thermomètre et le temporisateur / horloge ne sont pas attachés
et peuvent fonctionner simultanément.

2. AFFICHAGE COMPLET À CRISTAUX LIQUIDES
On / off = Marche / arrêt
HOUR/MIN = Heures / minutes
MIN/SEC = Minutes / secondes
Start/stop = Démarrage / arrêt
Switch hm/ms = Commutation heures minutes / minutes secondes
Switch : c/f = Commutation entre mesure en °Celsius et ° Fahrenheit
HM/MS TIMER = Temporisateur heures minutes / minutes secondes
Set Temp = Température préréglée
Current temp = Température actuelle
3. CLAVIER
Cet appareil montre le clavier suivant : celui-ci est divisé en “key for thermometer”
(touches pour thermomètre) et “key for timer” (touches pour temporisateur)
Commutateurs:
3.1 C/F SWITCH: commutez ceci pour que le thermomètre passe du Celsius au
Fahrenheit ou vice-versa.
3.2 HM/MS SWITCH (Commutateur HM/MS) : lorsqu’il indique “no clock” (pas
d’horloge) commutez le temporisateur entre Heures / minutes ou temporisateur
Minutes / secondes.
Six boutons :
3.3 ON/OFF (marche / arrêt) celui-ci sert à allumer ou éteindre le thermomètre. Le
temporisateur est toujours allumé.
3.4 START/STOP: ceci sert à arrêter ou démarrer le temporisateur, arrêter l’alarme
lorsqu’il y a un événement d’alarme.
3.5 HOUR/MIN (heure / minute): pour régler le temporisateur en heures / minutes
et régler le temporisateur minutes / secondes
3.6 MIN/SEC (minutes / secondes) : ceci règle le temporisateur en heures / min-
utes et temporisateur SEC en M/S.
3.7 DEC (-): cela diminue la température fixée pour l’alarme
3.8 INC (+): cela augmente la température préréglée pour l’alarme
4. UTILISATION
4.1 THERMOMÈTRE
Validez la touche pour la fonction thermomètre :
On/Off : cela met le thermomètre en marche (on) ou arrêt (off), le temporisateur
est toujours en marche,

Dec(-) : cela diminue la “température préréglée” pour l’alarme, et si l’on appuie
sur le bouton “DEC” pendant 1 seconde, la température préréglée sera diminuée
de 1°C/°F.
Inc(+) (augmenter) : cela augmente la “température préréglée” pour l’alarme ;
appuyez sur le bouton “INC” pendant 1 seconde et la température pré réglée
augmentera de 1°C/°F.
C/F (touches ou commutateur) : commutez l’appareil pour que le thermomètre
bascule entre la mesure en degrés Celsius ou Fahrenheit
Utilisez la touche Inc (+) ou Dec (-) (augmentation + ou diminution -) pour régler la
“Set Temp” (température pré réglée comme le souhaite l’utilisateur), et lorsque la
“Current Temp” (température actuelle) atteint ou dépasse ce préréglage, cet appa-
reil donne une alarme qui retentit pendant 5 minutes ou jusqu’à ce que l’utilisateur
appuie sur la touche “Start/Stop” (Marche / arrêt) (selon l’option).
4.2 TEMPORISATEUR
4.2.1 Utilisation de deux touches pour effacer: appuyez à tout moment sur les
deux touches “hour/min” (heures / minutes) et “min/sec” (minutes / secondes)
ensemble pour effacer le temporisateur
4.2.2 On peut faire basculer l’appareil entre “Hours/Minutes” ou “Minutes/Sec-
onds” quand le temporisateur ne fonctionne pas.
4.2.3 La fonction de temporisation positive ou par comptage à rebours : la valeur
maximale est de 99h:59mn ou 99mn:59s.
4.2.4 Le temporisateur est en heures / minutes dans l’état de comptage à re-
bours. Lors de la dernière minute, il se produit une auto-commutation à l’état MS
(minutes / secondes) (de 00h01 mn à 00mn59s )
5. CARACTÉRISTIQUES TECHNIQUES ET PRÉCISION
5.1 En appuyant à tout moment sur le bouton “on/off” (marche / arrêt), cela allume
ou éteint le thermomètre.
5.2 Quand le thermomètre et le temporisateur signalent un événement d’alarme,
le dernier prévaut sur le premier, puis l’on appuie sur le bouton “start/stop” pour
arrêter l’alarme.

de garantie. Cet appareil n’est pas destiné pour emploi professionnelle.

1. ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Mit dem barbecook®Digitalthermometer verhindern Sie, dass Sie Lebensmittel
nicht gut oder zu sehr braten. Mit der (-)- und (+)-Taste stellen Sie die Solltemper-
atur ein. Wenn die Solltemperatur überschritten wird, ertönt ein Alarm 5 Minuten
lang, oder bis der Benutzer die Start/Stop-Taste drückt.
Das Thermometer kann auch als Stoppuhr/Timer im Format 99 Stunden:59 Mi-
nuten oder 99 Minuten:59 Sekunden verwendet werden. Thermometer und Timer
sind voneinander unabhängig und können gleichzeitig betrieben werden.
So sieht das Gerät aus: Seite 3.

3. TASTATUR
Bei diesem Gerät ist die Tastatur in ein Bedienfeld für das Thermometer und ein
Bedienfeld für den Timer unterteilt.
Zwei Schalter:
3.1 SCHALTER C/F: Temperaturmessung in Grad Celsius (C) oder Grad Fahr-
enheit (F).
3.2 SCHALTER STD:MIN/MIN:SEK: Wenn das Gerät als Timer verwendet wird,
wird die Zeit im Format Stunden/Minuten oder Minuten/Sekunden angezeigt.
Sechs Tasten:
3.3 EIN/AUS: Hauptschalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Thermometers. Der
Timer ist immer eingeschaltet.
3.4 START/STOP: Zum Starten und Stoppen des Timers, oder um einen Alarm
auszuschalten.
3.5 STD/MIN: Zum Einstellen der Stunden im Format Std/Min, und zum Einstellen
der Minuten im Format Min/Sek.
3.6 MIN/SEK: Zum Einstellen der Minuten im Format Std/Min, und zum Einstellen
der Sekunden im Format Min/Sek.
3.7 (-): Zum Verringern der Solltemperatur.
3.8 (+): Zum Erhöhen der Solltemperatur.
4. BETRIEB
4.1 THERMOMETER:
Tasten für das Thermometer:
Ein/Aus: Hauptschalter zum Ein- und Ausschalten des Thermometers, der Timer
ist immer eingeschaltet.

(-): Die Solltemperatur für die Alarmauslösung wird verringert. Wird die Taste (-) 1
Sekunde lang gedrückt, wird die Solltemperatur um 1°C/°F verringert.
(+): Die Solltemperatur für die Alarmauslösung wird erhöht. Wird die Taste (+) 1
Sekunde lang gedrückt, wird die Solltemperatur um 1°C/°F erhöht.
Schalter C/F: Temperaturmessung in Grad Celsius (C) oder Grad Fahrenheit (F).
Mit der (-)- und (+)-Taste stellen Sie die Solltemperatur ein. Wenn die Solltemper-
atur überschritten wird, ertönt ein Alarm 5 Minuten lang, oder bis der Benutzer die
Start/Stop-Taste drückt.
4.2 TIMER:
4.2.1 Zwei Tasten zum löschen: Durch das gleichzeitige Drücken der Tasten STD/
MIN und MIN/SEK wird der Timer gelöscht.
4.2.2 Zum Umschalten zwischen den Formaten Stunden/Minuten und Minuten/
Sekunden, wenn der Timer nicht läuft.
4.2.3 Aufwärtszählen/Abwärtszählen, Höchstwert 99 Stunden:59 Minuten oder
99 Minuten:59 Sekunden.
4.2.4 Timer im Format Stunden/Minuten und zählt abwärts: während der letz-
ten Minute wird automatisch in das Format Minuten/Sekunden geschaltet (von
00Std:01Min auf 00Min:59Sek).
5. TECHNISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN UND GENAUIGKEIT
5.1 Wenn der Hauptschalter Ein/Aus gedrückt wird, wird das Thermometer ein-
bzw. ausgeschaltet.
5.2 Wenn durch das Thermometer oder den Timer ein Alarm ausgelöst wird, er-
setzt der letzte Alarm den vorhergehenden. Durch Drücken der Taste „Start/Stop“
wird der Alarm ausgeschaltet.

1. ALGEMENE BESCHRIJVING
Met de barbecook®digitale thermometer kunt u voorkomen dat u voedsel te lang
of niet lang genoeg kookt. Gebruik de lager (-) of hoger (+) toets om de temperat-
uur naar wens in te stellen en wanneer deze is bereikt of wanneer de temperatuur
hoger wordt, zal het signaal 5 minuten lang afgaan of totdat u op de “start/stop”
knop drukt.
Het apparaat kan tevens worden gebruikt als timer voor aftellen en optellen tot
maximaal 99 uur:59 min of 99 min, of 59 sec. De thermometer en de timer/klok
zijn afzonderlijk en tegelijkertijd te gebruiken.

3. TOETSENBORD
De toetsen kunnen worden gebruikt voor ofwel de thermometer, ofwel de timer.
Twee knoppen:
3.1 C/F KNOP: hiermee kunt u schakelen tussen temperatuur weergave in Cel-
cius OF Fahrenheit.
3.2 UM/MS KNOP: in de stand “geen klok”, kunt u de timer instellen voor uur/
minuten of
minuten/seconden.
Zes knoppen:
3.3 AAN/UIT: hiermee zet u de thermometer aan of uit. De timer staat altijd aan.
3.4 START/STOP: hiermee kunt u de timer aan-/ of uitzetten en het alarm stop-
zetten.
3.5 UUR/MIN: uren instellen in H/M [U/M] timer
3.6 MIN/SEC: minuten instellen in H/M [U/M] timer en seconden instellen in de
M/S timer.
3.7 LAGER (-) de temperatuur verlagen voor het alarm
3.8 HOGER (+) de temperatuur verhogen voor het alarm
4. BEDIENING
4.1 THERMOMETER
Toetsen voor het bedienen van de thermometer:
On/off [Aan/uit]: hiermee zet u de thermometer aan of uit. De timer staat altijd
aan.
