Read this manual thoroughly before using and save it for future reference
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed
including the following:
1. Read all instructions.
2. Before using check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance
nameplate.
3. Do not let the cord contact any hot surface, including the stove.
4. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions
or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
5. If the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
6. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
7. Avoid contact with moving parts.
8. Blades are sharp. Handle them carefully.
9. Never blend hot liquids or run the appliance empty.
10. The use of accessories not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire
electric shock or injury.
11. This appliance cannot be used for blending or grinding hard and dry substances, otherwise
the blade could be blunted. However, it can be used for blending ice cubes.
12. Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
13. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the unit in water or any other liquid.
14. Be sure the blending cover is appropriately put in place before operating appliance.
15. Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending or grinding to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the blender. A scraper may be used but must be used
only when the blender is not running.
16. To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutter-assembly blades on the base without the jar or
bowl properly attached.
17. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for

their safety.
18. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
19. Do not immerse the Motor Unit into water or any other liquids.
20. Do not use outdoors.
21. The use of attachments, including canning jars, not recommended by the manufacturer may
cause a risk of injury to persons.
22. Electrical requirement: This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a polarized outlet
only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
23. Do not blend hot liquids.
24. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter.
25. Always operate the blender with its cover in place.

POWER SUPPLY CORD
1. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of becoming entangled in or tripping
over a longer cord.
2. If the power supply cord is too short, do not use an extension cord. Have a qualified electrician
or serviceman to install an outlet near the appliance.
3. If it is absolutely necessary to use longer cord sets or an extension cord, extreme care must be
exercised.
The marked electrical rating of the cord set or extension cord must equal to or be greater than the
electrical rating of the appliance. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over
the counter top or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over intentionally.

NOTE: There is a safety interlock device at the bottom of jar. If the jar is not assembled
correctly, the blender will NOT operate. To install the jar correctly, align the tabs on the jar
base and the grooves in the blender base . Place the jar down and turn it
clockwise until it you feel the click that confirms the jar is locked securely.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
Check that all parts are complete and not damaged. The blender jar is suitable for blending fruits or
vegetables. Clean the jar according to the section “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE”.
WARNING: The blade is sharp, handle with great care and make sure to unplug the appliance from
outlet before assembling and removing parts.

BLENDER OPERATION
1. Place the motor unit on the flat surface and make sure it is unplugged.
NOTE: There is a safety interlock device at the bottom of jar. If the jar is not assembled
correctly, the blender will NOT operate. To install the jar correctly, align the tabs on the jar
base and the grooves in the blender base . Place the jar down and turn it
clockwise until it you feel the click that confirms the jar is locked securely.
2. Peel or core the fruits or vegetables to be blended and then cut them into small pieces.
3. Remove blender jar cover by lifting off and insert ingredients. Usually a certain amount of purified
water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of the appliance. The total amount of
ingredients and water should not exceed the max level as indicated on the jar nor sit lower the
minimum level. The best proportion of fruits or vegetables to water is 2:3.
NOTE: The center of the top lid can be removed and turned upside down to serve as a measuring
cup following markings etched on the side.
CAUTION: This blender should NOT be used for beating egg whites, mashing potatoes, mixing
dough or extracting juice from fruit and vegetables.
4. Replace jar cover on the jar and turn clockwise until locked in base of the motor unit.
NOTE: There is a safety interlock device at the bottom of jar. If the jar is not assembled
correctly, the blender will NOT operate. To install the jar correctly, align the tabs on the jar
base and the grooves in the blender base . Place the jar down and turn it
clockwise until it you feel the click that confirms the jar is locked securely.
5. With unit off, plug into electrical outlet. Then, chose desired speed setting.
NOTE: To access speeds 1-5, Speed Group selector button must not be pressed. To access speeds
6-10, Speed Group selector button must be pressed. Speeds 4, 5, 9 and 10 are pulse only and
must be manually held in to operate. When you let go, blending will stop automatically.
CAUTION: Never open the jar cover during operation. If desired, you can stir your mixture through
the opening in the center of the jar cover. You may also add ingredients into the jar through the center
opening of jar cover during operation. Turn the measuring cup section counter clockwise until “dial”

aligns with cutouts and lift. When finished, replace measuring cup section and turn clockwise until it
is locked into place.
6. Do NOT run the appliance for more than 3 minutes at a time and wait until unit cools to room
temperature before performing next operation cycle.
7. Push the “OFF” control once mixture is at the desired consistency.
8. Wait until the motor comes to a complete stop. Then turn the jar counter clockwise and
remove it from the base motor unit. Carefully remove the jar cover, pour and serve.
WARNING:
1. Never operate the appliance continuously for more than 3 minutes per time. Wait until it cools to
room temperature before performing next operation cycle.
2. Blades are very sharp. Handle with care. Be sure appliance is unplugged from the outlet before
assembling or removing parts.
3. Do not operate without the jar cover in place.
4. Do not disassemble the jar or bowl from the jar base or bowl base until the motor comes to a
complete stop.
5. This appliance is not intended for used by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Make sure to disconnect appliance from the power supply before cleaning.
Blender jar:
1. Pour a little warm soapy water into the Jar and turn, press down the Pulse button without
releasing it for a few seconds.
2. Wait until the motor comes to a complete stop. Dismantle all detachable parts. Dissemble the
Jar from the motor unit by turning it counterclockwise, lift it up and rinse it under running water,
then detach the blade assembly from the jar assembly, take the blade assembly out, finally
remove the jar base seal ring (see figure below). In addition, detach the measure cup from
the jar cover. Rinse the jar, blade, jar cover and measuring cup under running water.
3. Wipe the main outer surface with a dry cloth.
NOTE: Do not use abrasive cleansers and never immerse the motor unit in water for
cleaning
4. Dry all parts and then assemble them. The method of assembling the blender attachment is the
opposite of its detaching sequence.
NOTE: If any problem has been encountered during use, never disassemble the Motor Unit
by yourself. There are no user serviceable parts inside. Only contact the authorized service
facility for examination and repair.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshoot your problem by using the chart below. If the appliance still does not work properly,
contact customer service center or the nearest authorized service center. Customers must never
troubleshoot internal components.
