la función, la fiabilidad y la seguridad del aparato.
Es responsabilidad suya instalarlo de acuerdo a los

reliability and safety in mind. It is your responsability
to install it in conformance with local electrical codes.

1.3. Visión general
del producto
El destilador POBEL produce agua destilada direc-
tamente del agua de red con un diseño que ocupa
poco espacio y una producción eficaz de agua.
Un diseño único y dos sensores
de nivel de agua proporciona un funcionamiento
automático. Por falta de agua, el calentamiento es
automáticamente cortado para proteger la resis-
tencia de sobrecalentamiento.
El destilador es fácil de limpiar con sólo retirar la
parte superior del destilador (codensador). Con-
trolando el flujo de agua de refrigeración puede
ahorrar una gran cantidad de agua.

overview
POBEL water still produces distilled water from tap
water with space saving design and effective distilled
water production.
Unique design and safety feature with
two water float switchs provide
automatic operation. By lack of water, the heating is
automatically switched off to protect geater from over
heating.
Water still is easy to clean-up by just removing upper
part of the body (condenser unit). By controlling
cooling water flow, you can save a lot of water wasted
before.

Dispone de un termostato hidraúlico que desco-

1.6. Operación
- 6 -
1) Conectar el equipo a una toma de corriente
suficiente para un funcionamiento continuo de
13 A de intensidad.
2) Con el tubo suministrado, conecte a una
toma de agua preparada para conexión 3/4”.
3) Conecte el tubo suministrado a la salida de
desagüe (6) y el otro extremo a una pila de
desagüe, en plano inferior al aparato.
4) La llave de paso (5) deberá encontrarse
cerrada durante el funcionamiento normal
del aparato. Sólo se abrirá para la limpieza
del depósito ebullidor.
5) Accione el interruptor de marcha (1), que
se quedará iluminado durante todo el proceso.
Abra el grifo de agua. Cuando el agua cubra
las resistencias y conecte el interruptor mag-
nético se encenderá el indicador luminoso y
comenzará el proceso de destilación.
6) El agua destilada se almacena en el depó-
sito acumulador del aparato. Cuando llega a
su máximo nivel, el aparato se desconecta
automáticamente para no desbordar el depó-
sito. Cuando baja el nivel del acumulador, el
aparato se pone en marcha automáticamente.

1.6. Operation
1) Connect the water still to a plug, suitable for
an intensity of 13 A.
2) Connect to a tap water with thread of 3/4
3) Connect this tube to the drain outlet (6) and the
another end to the drains, in a lower level than the
water still.
4) The stopcock (5) must be closed during the
usual operation of the water still. It must only opened
for cleaning the boiling tank.
5) Switch on the switch (1), it will be lighting during
all the process. Tap on the water tap. When the water
is over the heaters, and it connects the magnetic
switch, the lighting pilot will light and will start the
distilling process.
6) The distilled water is stored in the reservoir tank
of the water still. When it reaches the maximum level,
the water still is disconnected automatically in order
not to flood the reservoir tank. When the level of
the distilled water in the reservoir tank falls, the water
still will start automatically.

1.7. Advertencias & limpieza
1. Asegúrese que su suministro eléctrico es del
voltaje que indica la etiqueta, 50 / 60 Hz, mono-
fásica.
Se recomienda una mezcla
del 10% de ácido fórmico, 10% de ácido acético
y 80% de agua destilada para la limpieza del apa-
rato. Vierta la mezcla en el evaporador justo por
encima del depósito de cal que haya más alto
y encienda el destilador. El evapo-
rador está limpio después de 10 a 15 minutos
aproximadamente. Vierta la mezcla y la cal a
través de la salida (5) y
enjuáguelo a fondo con agua.
2. Sitúe el destilador en una superficie plana.
3. No toque la superficie de la parte superior del
destilador. Durante su funcionamiento la
superficie superior del destilador y el vapor que
sale del agujero es muy caliente.

1. Make sure the electric supply is in accordance to
the given voltage on the name-plate, 50 / 60 Hz,
single phase.
A mixture of 10% formic acid, 10% acetic acid and 80%
distilled water is recommended for cleaning the
apparatus. Fill the solvent into the evaporator to
just above the highest lime deposit and switch on
the water still. The evaporator is clean after appro
10 to 15 minutes. Pour out the lime and solvent mixture
through the outlet (5) and thoroughly rise with water.

3. Do not touch top of the instrument. During operation,
surface of the top of the water still and steam
exhausted from the hole is very hot.

4. Quite la tapa superior del aparato y luego la
tapa individual del depósito ebullidor para
tener acceso al depósito y resistencia.
4. Quit the upper lid of the water still and the individual
lid of the boiler tank to access to the tank and the
heater.

En caso de sobrecalentamiento, se activa el me-
canismo de seguridad y debe resetear el aparato
presionando RESET (5)
