INTRODUCTION
The PICSEE-360 is a temporary monitoring unit designed to, for example,
secure your construction site or parking lot. The unit offers temporary mobile
camera surveillance capable of detecting movement and zooming in on the
movements of the unwanted guest on your premises. PICSEE sends a
notification immediately. Depending on your needs, this can be to a security
center or your own phone or tablet. The PICSEE-360 also has a speaker that
allows you to address the intruder to scare him away. All the applications
ensure the optimal temporary security of your site.
Safety & quality
PiCSEE has a secure VPN connection and/or peer-to-peer connection.
Thanks to the high-resolution cameras, you get top-quality images, partly
because no concessions are made for bandwidth. Our cameras are also
less vulnerable to cybercrime and have a long service life with low
service costs. The box can be locked and has lifting eyes enabling it to be
moved safely.
Efficient
All updates, calibration and configuration can be done online, saving you time
and money. In addition, because of the intelligent VCA software there is little
chance of false alarms.

DO’S en DON’TS
DO'S
1. Read, understand, and follow the instructions in the PICSEE and in the operating
manual.
2. Give only authorized, competent, and trained employees access to PICSEE.
3. Use the PICSEE for mobile camera surveillance applications only.
4. Always shift the red battery switch to the OFF mode when transporting, storing, and
maintaining the PICSEE. This is located on the outside of the E-box. The operation works
with the red removable toggle button in the E-box.
5. Lubricate the grease points at least every 3 months.
6. Fully charge the battery at least once every 3 months.
7. Always pull out the 4 outriggers to level and stabilize the PICSEE and also use the
outriggers to support the legs.
8. Always use the two cables to straighten the mast. Do not stretch the cables.
9. Always take overhead obstacles into account when erecting the mast. For example,
trees, electricity wires, high voltage cables, etc.
10. Always check the steel cable before use and inspect it thoroughly on a regular basis.
11. Check the PICSEE regularly for oxidation by moisture and rain.
12. Avoid peak voltage. This can occur when power is supplied by the electricity grid or by a
generator set.
DON'TS
1. Never raise the mast and always retract it when the wind force is higher than 85 km/h
2. Never place the PICSEE on a horizontal slope of more than 5 degrees.
3. Never move the telescopic mast beyond the red marked limit on the mast itself.
4. Do not modify the PICSEE in any way without written permission from the manufacturer.
5. Never move the PICSEE when the mast is extended.
6. Never remove the plug from the 230 V socket during operation.
7. Be careful looking into the LED lighting. This can cause damage to your eyes.

SAFETY RISKS, WARNINGS AND RESIDUAL RISKS
Safety hazards in case of intended and unintended use
●Mechanical hazards
○Risk of tilting when driving with extended mast
○Wear of the steel cable
●Electrical hazards
○Arc flash due to entangled battery cables
●Hazards from the environment
○Due to it being placed outside, the device is exposed to weather and risk of falling
over due to strong winds and oxidation due to moisture and rain.
●Hazards from materials, substances, or biological agents
○The battery contains acid and should not be damaged.
●Radiation hazards
○The light sources have a brightness that can be harmful to the eyes.
Warnings!
●Please read this user manual and the warnings in the PICSEE before using the Picsee.
●Wear appropriate safety equipment while using the Picsee and observe national safety
standards at the installation site.
●Never raise the mast and always retract it if the wind force exceeds 85 km/h
●The maximum horizontal incline angle of the PICSEE is 5 degrees.
●The maximum weight of attachments to the mast is 60 kg.
●It is strongly recommended to perform a service and maintenance check every 3
months.
●When transporting, storing, and maintaining the PICSEE, always turn off the red battery
switch on the outside of the E-box. Place the removable red toggle button in the E-box.
●Never winch the telescopic mast beyond the limit marked on the mast itself.
●The light sources are of a high intensity which can be harmful to the eyes
●Never move the PICSEE when the mast is erected.
●Never give access to the PICSEE to people lacking prior instruction/training on enabling,
setting up, and/or maintaining the PICSEE.
●Beware of arc flash when battery cables become pinched.
8

Rest risks
●An arc flash is unlikely but can occur when the battery cables in the PICSEE become
pinched. The PICSEE is locked and is not accessible to those unauthorized, but if an
accident occurs, for example, during transport, there is a chance that an arc flah will
occur.
●Battery acid leakage.
●Damage to eyes due to the high brightness of the light sources.
●Oxidation of the PICSEE due to weather conditions.

TRANSPORT
Loading and delivery
1. Using the designated lifting eyes and forklift slots, load the PICSEE safely onto the truck
utilizing a crane or a forklift, and secure the PICSEE with straps. If more than one PICSEE
is transported simultaneously, ensure that they are not placed up against each other to
prevent the panels from being damaged.
2. By order of the client, the PICSEE is unloaded at the designated location.
Collection
3. Using the designated lifting eyes and forklift slots, load the PICSEE safely onto the truck
utilizing a crane or a forklift, and secure the PICSEE with straps. If more than one PICSEE
is transported simultaneously, ensure that they are not placed up against each other to
prevent the panels from being damaged and return it to a depot in accordance with the
instruction in the pick-up order.
