FCC Radiation Exposure Statement
Themodulecanbeinstalledorintegratedinmobileorfixdevicesonly.Thismodulecannotbe
installedinanyportabledevice.ThismodularcomplieswithFCCRFradiationexposurelimitsset
forthforanuncontrolledenvironment.Thistransmittermustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatingin
conjunctionwithanyotherantennaortransmitter.
IftheFCCidentificationnumberisnotvisiblewhenthemoduleisinstalledinsideanotherdevice,
thentheoutsideofthedeviceintowhichthemoduleisinstalledmustalsodisplayalabel
referringtotheenclosedmodule.Thisexteriorlabelcanusewordingsuchasthefollowing:

OEM INTEGRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
ThisdeviceisintendedonlyforOEMintegratorunderthefollowingconditions:
Themodulemustbeinstalledinthehostequipment,andthetransmittermodulemaynotbe
co‐locatedwithanyothertransmitterorantenna.Themoduleshallbeonlyusedwiththe
internalon‐boardantennathathasbeenoriginallytestedandcertifiedwiththismodule.
Externalantennasarenotsupported.Aslongasthese3conditionsabovearemet,further
transmittertestwillnotberequired.
However,theOEMintegratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend‐productforanyadditional
compliancerequirementsrequiredwiththismoduleinstalled(forexample,digitaldevice
emissions,PCperipheralrequirements,etc.).Theend‐productmayneedVerificationtesting,
DeclarationofConformitytesting,aPermissiveClassIIChangeornewCertification.Please
involveaFCCcertificationspecialistinordertodeterminewhatwillbeexactlyapplicableforthe
end‐product.
Validityofusingthemodulecertification:
Intheeventthattheseconditionscannotbemet(forexamplecertainlaptopconfigurationsor
co‐locationwithanothertransmitter),thentheFCCauthorizationforthismoduleincombination
withthehostequipmentisnolongerconsideredvalidandtheFCCIDofthemodulecannotbe
usedonthefinalproduct.Inthesecircumstances,theOEMintegratorwillberesponsiblefor
re‐evaluatingtheendproduct(includingthetransmitter)andobtainingaseparateFCC
authorization.Insuchcases,pleaseinvolveaFCCcertificationspecialistinordertodetermineifa
PermissiveClassIIChangeornewCertificationisrequired.
UpgradeFirmware:
ThesoftwareprovidedforfirmwareupgradewillnotbecapabletoaffectanyRFparametersas
certifiedfortheFCCforthismodule,inordertopreventcomplianceissues.
Endproductlabeling:
Thefinalendproductmustbelabeledinavisibleareawiththefollowing:“Contains2AZ6G‐C22J”.
Informationthatmustbeplacedintheendusermanual:
TheOEMintegratorhastobeawarenottoprovideinformationtotheenduserregardinghowto
installorremovethisRFmoduleintheuser'smanualoftheendproductwhichintegratesthis
module.Theendusermanualshallincludeallrequiredregulatoryinformation/warningasshow
inthismanual.
Whenthemoduleisinstalledinsideanotherdevice,theusermanualofthehostmustcontainbelow
warningstatements;
