MOTOR SETTING button

Remote transmitter special functions:

- Function 1 [UP TILT]: Tilts UP or intermediate position 1

- Function 2 [DOWN TILT]: Tilts DOWN or intermediate position 2

- Channel Selection: Selects the required channel

- Setting: Pairs new channels and special setting functions

REMOTE OPERATION AND PROGRAMMING

1. PAIRING MOTOR WITH A REMOTE CONTROL

a. Set remote control channels for motors with the [MOTOR SETTING] button:

i. Press [MOTOR SETTING] button for 3 seconds, until the motor moves up and

down.

ii. Press remote [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control, motor moves

up and down to confirm operation.

b. Set remote control channels for motors without the [MOTOR SETTING] button:

i. Cut power from the motor for at least 5 seconds

ii. Connect motor to power, motor will move up and down entering setting mode

iii. Within 10 seconds, press remote [SETTING] button on the back of the remote

control, motor moves up and down

iv. Then, press [UP] button, motor moves up and down again to confirm operation.

c. Copy remote control channels:

i. Using an already programmed remote control

ii. Press remote A [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control for 3

seconds, until the motor moves up and down.

iii. Press remote B [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control, motor

moves up and down to confirm the new remote/channel was paired.

2. SETTING LIMITS (Please notice you need to set up and down limit separately)

a. UP LIMIT

i. Press remote [SETTING] + [UP] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds; motor

moves up and down to confirm entering set up limit.

ii. Use [UP], [STOP] and [DOWN] buttons to go to the desired up position.

iii. Press [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds, until

motor moves up and down to confirm up position saved.

b. DOWN LIMIT

i. Press remote [SETTING] + [DOWN] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds; motor

moves up and down to confirm entering set up limit.

ii. Use [UP], [STOP] and [DOWN] buttons to go to the desired down position.

iii. Press [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds, until

motor moves up and down to confirm down position saved.

c. DELETE LIMITS

(ATTENTION: use with caution! Command is very similar to reverse direction!)

i. Press remote [SETTING] + [STOP] buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds; motor

moves up and down to confirm limits were deleted.

3. REVERSE DIRECTION

i. Press remote [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds,

until motor moves up and down.

ii. Press remote [CHANNEL SELECTION] + [STOP] buttons at the same time,

motor moves up and down to confirm operation.

4. USING TILTING AND INTERMEDIATE POSITIONS

Venetian motors can tilt slats or, when using roller shades, they can rotate by 10° for

precise adjustments.

The same buttons [UP TILT] and [DOWN TILT] are used for settings and for controlling 2

additional intermediary positions.

Tilting and Intermediate positions do not work at the same time, since they both use the

same remote command buttons. It’s necessary to enable the desired function as needed.

a. ENABLE TILTING MODE

i. Press remote [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds,

until motor moves up and down.

ii. Press remote [UP] + [STOP] buttons at the same time; motor moves up and down

to confirm tilting mode.

b. ENABLE INTERMEDIATE POSITIONS MODE

i. Press remote [SETTING] button on the back of the remote control for 3 seconds,

until motor moves up and down.

ii. Press remote [DOWN] + [STOP] buttons at the same time; motor moves up and

down to confirm tilting mode.

c. SET INTERMEDIATE POSITION 1 [UP TILT]

i. Use [UP], [STOP] and [DOWN] buttons to go to the desired intermediate position

ii. Press remote [SETTING] + [UP TILT] buttons at the same time; motor moves up

and down to confirm intermediate position 1 was saved.

d. SET INTERMEDIATE POSITION 2 [DOWN TILT]

i. Use [UP], [STOP] and [DOWN] buttons to go to the desired intermediate position

ii. Press remote [SETTING] + [DOWN TILT] buttons at the same time; motor moves

up and down to confirm intermediate position 2 was saved.

5. DELETE ALL REMOTE CONTROLS (this does not delete limits)

i. Press [MOTOR SETTING] button for 3 seconds, until the motor moves up and

down.

ii. Press [MOTOR SETTING] button for 7 seconds, until the motor moves up and

down (some motors will move first at 1s and then again at 7 seconds).
