Infrared Apple Remote is optional and can be purchased as separate accessory from Mytek or from
any third party.
3. Device Installation
3.1. Power the device using the provided power cable.
3.2. Afx the two Wi-Fi antennas to the device. The sequence of attachment is non-specic.

3.3. Connect your speakers to the Brooklyn Bridge II, choosing from the available outputs suit-
able for your speaker system:
a. Line Audio Output, use two cinch cables: one for the left channel and another for the
right channel.
b. Balanced Audio Output, employ two XLR cables: one for the left channel and another
for the right channel.
To achieve the best system performance, we recommend the exclusive use of high-quality cables
from Mytek Audio. This ensures the listening experience as intended by our designers. Inquire

4. Initial Setup and Conguration
4.1. Press and hold the volume button until a clicking sound is heard. Following the click, wait
for the device to initialize until the main menu is displayed on the screen.
4.2. Connect the Brooklyn Bridge II to your local network:
a. For a wired connection, directly connect the streamer to your router with an Ethernet
cable.

b. For a wireless connection:
• Navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
• Select the ‘Network’ option and locate your Wi-Fi network’s name.
• Enter your Wi-Fi password using the on-screen virtual keyboard.

• A ‘Connected’ status should appear under the selected Wi-Fi network upon success-
ful connection.
Now you can go back to Brooklyn Bridge’s II main menu and move on to Roon account congu-
ration.
5. Using BB II with external Roon Core
If you are already familiar with the Roon service and have an ecosystem based on Roon Core, you
can connect the Brooklyn Bridge II as one of the endpoints to your existing Core. To do this, follow
the instructions below:
5.1. Setting up Brooklyn Bridge II as a external Roon Core
• Navigate to the ‘Settings’ icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
• Select the ‘Preferences’ option and had down to Roon Core option, then select it
