Health Tracker IoT Body Scale (EW1S)
• In addition to weight and body BMI calculation, you can check 17
differentbodydataanalysisandautomaticallytrackdailydatatrends.
• Withoriginalsensetopatenttechnology,EW1Swillautomaticallyswitch
onasyoustepontheplatformbarefooted.WhenWi-Fiisconnecting,
theanalysisresultswillautomaticallyidentifytheUserIDwhichyouhad
set.Theresultsarealsosenttothephone’sMomaxSmartAPP.
• Please open the App and turn on your Wi-Fi, so that the EW1S can
successfully connect to your smartphone. Keep your smartphone
and EW1S in transmission range. Step on the EW1S and take
a measurement. Once the measurement is finished the data is
automaticallytransferredtotheapp.
• Applies BIA (Bio-impedance Analysis) technology. A small amount
of weak current ows through the human body so as to detect the
Bio-impedanceandestimateBMI,bodyfat,bodywater,musclemass,
bonemass andBMR.The electricalcurrentissmallandmaynotbe
felt. This BIA technology is cheap, safe, non-invasive, toxic-free and
harmless.Italsopossessesthecharacteristicsofsimpleoperationand
abundantinformation.
• Thecurrentmentionedaboveislessthan 0.5mA.However,pleasebe
awarethatanyonewithanywearableorimplantablemedicalelectronic
instrument, such as a pacemaker, must avoid using this device.The
intendeduseofthisdeviceisforhealthychildren10-17yearsoldand
healthyadults.
Before Using
Toensuretheaccuracyofmeasurement,pleasefollowbelowinstructions
whenyoustartmeasurement.
• PlacetheEW1Sonaflat,hardsurface.Softsurfacesuchascarpetwill
affecttheperformanceofthescale.
• Stepontotheplatformwithbarefeet.Standstillandkeepfullcontact
withtheelectrodesuntilthemeasurementiscomplete.
• Startmeasurementatleasttwohoursaftergettingupordining.
• Avoid measurement immediately after strenuous exercise, sauna or
bath,drinking,anddining.
• Alwaysstartmeasurementatthesametimeslotandonthesamescale
locatedonthesameflat,hardsurface.
• Formaximumaccuracyandrepeatability,itisrecommendedthatyou
shouldusethe deviceatthesame time of the day and onthe same
location.
• The condition of the skin on the bottom of your feet can affect the
reading.Thenaturaleffectsofagingoractivitycanmakethisskinhard.
Takethereadingwithclean,slightlydampfeetforbestaccuracy.Ifyou
arehavingaproblemonoperatingthisscalepleasecontactcustomer
service.
• Body fat percentage estimates will vary with the amount of water in
thebody,andcanbeaffectedbydehydrationorover-hydrationdueto
factors such as alcohol consumption, menstruation, illness, intense
exercise,etc.
• Riskofexplosionifbatteryisreplacedbyanincorrecttype.Disposeof
usedbatteriesaccordingtotheinstructions.

1. Download ‘Momax Smart’ APP
Search‘MomaxSmart’apponiOSorAndroidoranyplatform.
1. Open the battery cover on the back of the EW1S and insert the
battery (3x 1.5V AAA battery), pay attention to the polarity symbols
(+ and-) in the battery compartment. Close the battery cover.
2. Place the EW1S on a flat, hard surface. Carpets or uneven floors may
affect accuracy.
3. Wait until the “0.0kg” number is displayed on the LCD.
4. Choose the unit of measurement in kilograms, pounds and stones.
5. Step on the body fat scale and stay still, the EW1S will start to work.
6. EW1S will show your weight value.
7. After a few seconds, the EW1S will automatically turn off.
