IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be
followed, including the following:
1. Read all instructions before use.
2.
appliance in water or other liquid.

4. Unplug from wall outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts,

9. Do not let power cord hang over edge of table or counter.

12. Keep hands and utensils out of the cup while blending to reduce the risk of
severe injury to persons or damage to the appliance. A scraper may be used but
must be used only when the appliance is not running.

14. To reduce the risk of injury, never place blade unit on motor unit without the cup
properly attached.
15. The cup and blade unit must be properly tightened and in place before
operating the appliance.

ADDITIONAL SAFEGUARDS
This appliance is for HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY.
DO NOT OPERATE APPLIANCE IF THE POWER CORD SHOWS ANY DAMAGE
OR IF APPLIANCE WORKS INTERMITTENTLY OR STOPS WORKING
ENTIRELY.
EXTENSION CORDS
•A short power-supply cord is to be provided to reduce the risk resulting from
becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Longer extension cords are
available and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If a long extension
cord is used:
-The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great
as the electrical rating of the appliance.
-If the appliance is of the grounded type, the extension cord should be a
grounding 3-wire cord; and
-The longer cord should be arranged so that it does not drape over the
countertop or table top where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over
unintentionally.

BEFORE FIRST USE
•Remove all packaging materials, labels and/or stickers from your appliance.
•Check package contents for completeness and damage. Do not operate the
appliance if package content is incomplete or appears damaged. Return it
immediately to the Wal-Mart.
CAUTION: Danger of suffocation! Packaging materials are not toys. Always keep
plastic bags, foils and styrofoam parts away from babies and children. Packaging

Clean your appliance thoroughly before using for the first time. See CLEANING
water or any other liquid (fig. a). This may result in electrical shock or damage to
prevent breathing.

ASSEMBLY

NOTE: Ensure the blade unit seal (8) is correctly placed during assembly and not

Before starting any operation, always make sure the power cord with plug (4) is
unplugged.
NOTE: The appliance has a rated power of 220W. Before plugging it into the wall
outlet, ensure that the electrical circuit is not overloaded with other appliances. This
appliance should always be operated on a separate 120V, 60Hz wall outlet.
CAUTION:
•Do not use the appliance without placing food in the cup (1).
•Never leave the appliance unattended during operation.

•Secure the blade unit (2) to the cup (1) by turning the blade unit (2) clockwise.

•Turn the cup (1) with blade unit (2) clockwise until the locking mechanism clicks
•If necessary, remove cup (1) and shake ingredients in cup to re-distribute.

NOTE: It is required to fully click the locking mechanism into place for the blending
operation to commence.
CAUTION: Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than one minute
to prevent overheating. After use, let the appliance cool for at least three minutes
before resuming operation.
•Turn cup (1) counterclockwise to stop when desired consistency is reached

•Flip the cup (1) so that the blade unit (2) faces upwards.

•Carefully unscrew the blade unit (2) from the cup (1) by turning it
•Align cup (1) and resealable lid (5). Secure by turning the resealable lid (5)
CAUTION: When storing food in the cup (1) ensure the resealable lid (5) is sealed
tight and the quick seal (6) is closed securely. Place the cup (1) upright to avoid
spilling.
HINTS AND TIPS
•Store any unused portions using the cup (1) with resealable lid (5) in the
refrigerator.
•The resealable lid (5) has a quick seal (6) and can be used as a drinking cup
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Proper maintenance will ensure many years of service from your appliance. Clean
the appliance after every use. The appliance contains no user serviceable parts and
CAUTION: Disconnect the power cord with plug (4) from the wall outlet. Allow all
parts of the appliance to cool down completely.
NOTE: Do not immerse the power cord with plug (4) and appliance into water or

STORAGE
•Before storage, always make sure the appliance is completely cool, clean and
dry.
•It is recommended to store the appliance in a dry place.
•Store the appliance on a stable shelf or in a cupboard, preferably in its original
packaging. To avoid accidents, ensure that both the appliance and its power
cord (4) are beyond reach of children or pets.
