FRONT PANEL DESCRIPTION
1 HDMI IN Connect to an HDMI source using an HDMI cable.
2 USB-C IN Connect to a USB-C source using a USB-C cable.
3 Reset Button Restore factory defaults. When the transmitter is powered on,
use a pointed stylus to hold down button for five or more
seconds and then release.
4/5 HDMI / USB-C LED LED On: Only one light will be on at a time, indicating which
input is selected.
6 HDCP LED On: HDCP protected content is being transmitted.
Blinking: Non-HDCP protected content is being transmitted.
Off: No content is being transmitted.
7 Link LED On: HDBT link is normal.
Off/Blinking: No HDBT link or link error.
8 Power LED On: Power is applied to the device.
Off: No power is applied to the device.

1 Power LED On: Power is applied to the device.

2 Status LED Blinking: The device is working properly.
Off: The device is not working properly.
3 HDCP LED On: HDCP protected content is being transmitted.

Off: No content is being transmitted.
4 Link LED On: HDBT link is normal.
Off/Blinking: No HDBT link or link error.

Switch
Pass-through (default): For controlling the transmitter for input
selection.
MCU: For MCU firmware update.
VS: For VS firmware update.
Note: Transmitter and receiver must be updated individually.

6 DC 12V DC 12V power input; connect to the power adapter provided.
7 HDBT IN Connect to the transmitter via a Cat 5e/6/6a cable.
8 RS232 For RS232 pass-through or firmware upgrade, and can be set through
DIP switch on front panel.
9 HDMI OUT Connect to an HDMI display using an HDMI cable.
10 2x Audio Out
Unbalanced stereo audio output.
De-embed: For audio de-embedding from the HDMI output.
Pass-through: For audio pass-through from Audio In port on the
transmitter to this port.
11 4x USB-A
Connect to USB devices such as keyboard, mouse, USB camera, etc.
Note: USB ports support USB 2.0 standards with a maximum of 1.4A
for the top two ports and 0.6A on the bottom two ports. USB cameras
are recommended to be connected into one of the top two 1.4A ports.

Note: Before installaon, please ensure the unit is disconnected from the power source.
1. Choose a suitable locaon for mounng bracket installaon. The height of installaon
should not exceed 2 meters from the ground.
2. Posion and install the mounng brackets of the receiver with the two mounng screws
provided.
3. Mount and secure the receiver to a surface or a suitable locaon respecvely with
mounng screws.

Note: Before installing cables, please ensure the unit is disconnected
from the power source.
1. Connect HDBT: Connect HDBT Out of the transmier to the HDBT
IN of the receiver using a Cat 5e/6/6a/7 cable.
2. Connect HDMI and Audio OUT: Connect an HDMI display device
(e.g. TV, monitor, projector, LCD/LED display, etc.) to HDMI OUT
and connect audio receivers (e.g. amplier, speaker, etc.) to AUDIO
OUT of the receiver.
3. Connect Power Adapter: Connect the provided power adapter to
the receiver. With PoH support, it is able to send power to the
transmier; no addional power adapter is required at the
transmier.
4. Connect HDMI IN and USB-C IN: Connect an HDMI source device
(e.g. Laptop, Blu-ray player, etc.) to HDMI IN and connect a USB-C
source device (e.g. Laptop, tablet, etc.) to USB-C IN of the
transmier. Select a desired video source through automac or
manual switching funcon.
5. Connect USB-B HOST PORT: Using the included USB-A to B Cable,
connect the USB-A end to source device (e.g. Laptop, etc.) and
connect the USB-B end to the USB HOST PORT on the wall plate
transmier.
6. Connect USB DEVICES: Connect up to four USB devices (e.g.
keyboard, mouse, USB camera, etc.) to the USB DEVICE ports of the
receiver.
7. Connect Addional Device Control: Connect a control PC to the
Micro-B USB port of the transmier or to RS232 port of the
receiver to control the transmier via API commands. For more
informaon, see Device Control secon.
8. Power on all aached devices.

The transmier supports automac switching funcon, allowing itself to switch between two acve video sources (priority: USB-C > HDMI).
Note: The automac switching funcon can detect the input signal with 5V only. If the selected source in standby mode provides a connuous 5V
power output, this funcon will not work, i.e. the transmier will not switch the input to other acve sources. In this case, please turn o the
selected source in standby mode or remove it from the transmier.
Advanced users can control the transmier via API commands through UPDATE
port on transmier or RS232 port on receiver: connect a control PC or control
system to the UPDATE port of the transmier (see Figure 1 on next page) or the
RS232 port of the receiver (see Figure 2 on next page). A professional RS232 serial
interface soware (e.g. Serial Assist) may be needed as well.
Before sending the API command to control the transmier, ensure the
transmier, control PC and/or receiver are congured correctly.

The transmier supports upgrading FW through Micro-USB port on front panel, and the receiver supports upgrading FW through RS232 port on
rear panel. Please contact your supplier to get the latest upgrade tool “Legrand Product Firmware Updater”.
Note: Do not power o the device during upgrading process.
Steps to upgrade FW:
1. Transmier: Connect the Micro-USB port of the transmier to the PC using a Micro-USB to USB type-A cable.
Receiver: Connect the RS232 port of the receiver to the PC using a 3-pin phoenix connector to USB type-A cable.
2. Set the DIP switch of the receiver to the posion of “MCU”.
3. Connect the power adapter provided to the receiver. Power on all aached devices.
Note: If the transmier isn’t connected with the receiver, it needs to be connected to another power adapter (not included in the package).
4. Open the “Legrand Product Firmware Updater” soware. The interface of the soware is as follows on the next page:
