kratki.pl. Before tting and using the insert, please read these instructions.
General information
NOTE! To avoid the risk of re, the device must be installed in accordance with the current standards
and the technical regulations referred to in the manual. Its installation must be done by a profession-
al or a qualied person. This device complies with the EN 13229 and is CE certied.
Always obey the laws of the place where the device is installed. First, make sure that the ue is
suitable.
The device must be installed in accordance with the current standards of the construction law.
The insert must be set at a safe distance from any ammable products. It may be necessary to protect
the walls and the materials around. The unit must stand on a solid, non-combustible base. The ue
must be tight and its walls smooth, before connecting, it should be cleaned of soot and contamina-
tion. The connection between the ue and the insert must be tight and made of non-combustible
materials protected against oxidation (an enamelled or a steel pipe).
If the ue produces weak draught, consider laying new pipes. It is also important for the ue not to
produce excessive draught, you must then install a draught stabilizer in the ue. Alternatively, there
are also special ue endings regulating draught. Control of the ue draught should be carried out by
a chimney specialist, any modications can be made by an authorized company, in order to have the
requirements of PN-89/b-10425 fullled.
The rst ignition WARNING!
At the rst ignitions, the device should function at slow run, to enable the parts’normal dilation.
Door handles and other handles are warm during operation of the insert. During operation, you
should use protective gloves. Acrid smoke and smell coming from the insert during the rst ignition
are not a cause for concern - this phenomenon is caused by paint burning (polymerization or harden-
ing of the paint) in the replace insert.
Before the rst ignition, remove all stickers or pieces of equipment that can be found in the combus-
tion chamber. During the rst ring in the insert, maintain the minimum temperature and slightly
open the door (approx. 12 cm) for the sealing material to be connected with the varnish. All materials
must slowly adapt to high temperatures.
During the rst few usages, each insert emits an unpleasant smell, caused by paint burning. This
smell will disappear after a short time. During the smell emission, always ventilate the room in which
the insert is.
Important: before lighting a large re, light a small one be two or three times. This will enable the
insert structure to be rmed and the paint to be hardened.
