• Lithium batteries included (CR2032). Please remove the isolation sheet from the battery contacts
before using! Replace the batteries when the low battery indication shows!
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
• Step 1: Put the scale on a hard flat surface (avoid carpets or any soft surfaces)!
• Step 2: Switch on the scale by slightly tapping on the glass platform near LCD display. Than wait a
few seconds till the following symbols appear on the screen:
NOTE: The scale will not work properly if you step on the scale before it shows or .
If this happens please go back to the step 2!
• Step 3: Gently step on the scale. Put your feet evenly on the scale without moving and wait while
the scale compute your weight! Your correct weight will be displayed on the screen in the following
format:
AUTOMATIC SWITCH OFF
When you step off the scale, it will automatically switch off.
(If no weighing is carried out while the zero is being displayed, the scale will automatically switch itself
off after approximately 6 seconds.)
OVERLOAD INDICATION
If the scale is overloaded (over 180kg/396lb/28st), the following symbol appears on the LCD display:

LOW BATTERY INDICATION
If the batteries need to be replaced, the following symbol appears on the display:
Please open the back board of the scale, then take the batteries carefully out of the battery compartment!
Please push the metal sheet outwards with your finger nails or a sharp instrument. The battery will pop
out. Be careful not too bend the contacts while you are changing the batteries or you may break the
scale. Dispose the old batteries in a safe place! Do not throw the old batteries into the fire!
CARE AND ATTENTION
• Place your scale on a hard flat surface, it will ensure the greatest accuracy and repeatability!
• Always weigh yourself on the same scale and on the same flat surface. Uneven surfaces may affect
the accuracy of the weighing.
• Always weigh yourself without clothes or footwear, and never shortly after meals. The best time to
weigh yourself is before breakfast.
• The scale rounds up or down to the nearest 100g/0,2lb/1/4lb. If you weight yourself twice and get two
different readings, your weight lies between these two results.
• Clean your scale with a slightly damped cloth, but do not allow water to get inside the scale! Do not
use any chemical cleaning agents!
• Do not allow your scale to become saturated with water as this can damage the electronics!
• Do not store the scale in an upright position when it is not in use as this will drain the batteries!
• Remove the batteries if the scale is not going to be used for a long period of time!

BEDIENANWEISUNGEN
• Schritt 1:Stellen Sie die Waage auf einen harten, flachen Untergrund (vermeiden Sie Teppiche oder
andere weiche Untergründe)!
• Schritt 2:Schalten Sie die Waage an, indem Sie ein wenig auf die Glasplattform in der Nähe des LCD-
Displays drücken. Dann warten Sie ein paar Sekunden, bis folgende Symbole auf dem Bildschirm
angezeigt werden:
ANMERKUNG: Die Waage funktioniert nicht richtig, wenn Sie darauf treten, bevor sie oder
anzeigt. Wenn das passiert, beginnen Sie mit Schritt 2!
• Schritt 3:Stellen Sie sich vorsichtig auf die Waage. Stellen Sie Ihre Füße gleichmäßig auf die Waage,
und bewegen Sie sich nicht, bis die Waage das Gewicht berechnet hat.Ihr richtiges Gewicht wird auf
folgende Weise auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt:
AUTOMATISCHE ABSCHALTUNG
Wenn Sie von der Waage heruntersteigen, wird diese automatisch ausgeschaltet.
(Wenn während der Nullpunktanzeige keine Gewichtsmessung durchgeführt wird, schaltet sich die
Waage nach etwa 6 Sekunden automatisch aus).
ÜBERLASTANZEIGE
Wenn die Waage überlastet wird (mehr als 180 kg), wird folgendes Symbol auf dem LCD-Display
angezeigt:

Wenn die Batterien gewechselt werden müssen, wird folgendes Symbol auf dem Display angezeigt:
Öffnen Sie bitte die Rückwand der Waage. Nehmen Sie dann vorsichtig die Batterien aus dem Fach
heraus! Drücken Sie dann die Metallplatte mit den Fingernägeln oder mit einem spitzen Gegenstand
nach außen. Die Batterie kommt heraus. Verbiegen Sie dabei nicht die Kontakte, andernfalls können
diese abbrechen! Entsorgen Sie die alten Batterien an einer sicheren Stelle! Werfen Sie die alten
Batterien nicht ins Feuer!
PFLEGE UND WARTUNG
• Stellen Sie Ihre Waage auf eine harte ebene Fläche, damit erreichen Sie die größte Genauigkeit und
Wiederholbarkeit!
• Wiegen Sie sich immer mit derselben Waage an derselben Stelle auf dem Fußboden! Unebene
Fußböden können die Messwerte beeinträchtigen!
• Wiegen Sie sich immer ohne Bekleidung, Schuhwerk und Mahlzeiten! Das Wiegen direkt nach dem
Aufstehen am Morgen ist am optimalsten!
• Ihre Waage rundet zu den nächsten 100 g auf oder ab. Wenn Sie sich zweimal wiegen und
unterschiedliche Ergebnisse erhalten, liegt Ihr Gewicht dazwischen.
• Reinigen Sie Ihre Waage mit einem leicht befeuchteten Tuch, aber lassen Sie kein Wasser in die
Waage eindringen! Verwenden Sie keine chemischen Reinigungsmittel!
• Verhindern Sie, dass Ihre Waage mit Wasser durchnässt wird, da die Elektronik dadurch beschädigt
werden kann!
• Lagern Sie die Waage nicht aufrecht, wenn sie nicht benutzt wird, da die Batterien dadurch auslaufen
können!
• Nehmen Sie die Batterien heraus, wenn die Waage längere Zeit nicht benutzt werden soll!

INSTRUCTIONS D'UTILISATION
• Étape 1: Mettez la balance sur une surface plane et solide (en évitant des tapis ou des surfaces
molles)!
• Étape 2: Mettez la balance en marche en appuyant légèrement sur la plateforme de verre à côté
de l'affichage LCD. Ensuite, attendez quelques secondes jusqu'à ce que les symboles suivants
s'affichent sur l'écran:
REMARQUE: La balance ne va pas marcher correctement si vous montez dessus avant qu'elle n'affiche
ou . Dans ce cas, commencez l'Étape 2!
• Étape 3: Montez doucement sur la balance.Placez vos deux pieds de façon bien répartie sur la
balance, sans bouger, et attendez que la balance calcule votre poids.Votre poids s'affiche sur l'écran
de manière suivante:
EXTINCTION AUTOMATIQUE
Lorsque vous descendez de la balance, elle s'éteint automatiquement.
(Si aucun poids n'est placé sur la balance alors que le zéro est affiché, elle s'éteint automatiquement
après environ 6 secondes.)
INDICATION DE SURCHARGE
Si la balance est surchargée (plus de 180kg/396lb/28st), le symbole suivant s'affiche sur l'affichage
LCD:

INDICATION PILES DECHARGEES
Si les piles doivent être remplacées, le symbole suivant s'affiche sur l'affichage:
Ouvrez le panneau arrière de la balance, ensuite retirez doucement les piles du compartiment des
piles! Poussez la feuille métallique à l'extérieur avec les ongles de vos doigts ou un instrument pointu.
La pile va ressortir. Ne pliez pas les contacts pendant que vous enlevez les piles, autrement ils peuvent
se casser! Débarrassez-vous des anciennes piles dans un lieu approprié! Ne placez pas des piles
usées sur du feu!
UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN
• Placez votre balance sur une surface plane et solide, ceci va assurer une précision et une fidélité plus
grandes!
• Toujours prendre votre poids sur la même balance placée au même endroit sur le plancher! Un
plancher accidenté peut avoir un impact sur les lectures!
• Toujours se peser sans habits ou chaussures et à jeun! Se peser une fois le matin après le réveil est
le meilleur moment!
• Votre balance arrondit à la hausse ou en baisse à la valeur la plus proche 100g/0,2lb/1/4lb. Si
vous vous pesez deux fois et obtenez des lectures différentes, votre poids se trouve entre les deux
résultats.
• Nettoyez votre balance avec un tissu légèrement mouillé, mais ne mettez pas de l'eau dans la balance!
N'utilisez pas d'agents chimiques de nettoyage!
• Ne laissez pas la balance être saturée avec de l'eau, ceci peut endommager le circuit électronique!
• Ne conservez pas la balance en position verticale lorsqu'elle n'est pas en utilisation, ceci peut faire
couler les piles!
• Retirez les piles si la balance ne sera pas utilisée pendant une période prolongée!
