5. INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING
5.1 Unpacking the machine:
A. Remove the protective film from the machine.
B. Cut the straps holding the machine and the base onto the pallet.
C. You can take the machine off the pallet. Because of its bulk and weight, do this operation with at least two
people in order to lower it as gently as possible onto the floor or the machine mounting and to avoid any injury.
After unpacking your machine, check to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit.
Please notify us of any discrepancy.
5.2 Location:
In order to achieve excellent performance and long-term reliability, choose a location which is well
ventilated, away from sources of heat, with a sturdy surface free from vibration.
If the machine has been sold on its own without a base, it will require to be fixed to the surface on which
it will be used. The latter must be stable and must not tip over during the various phases of machine
operation and must be capable of withstanding the stresses generated while the machine is in use.
If the machine has been sold with its Moveo base (fig1), position the machine on the base and secure
it using the M8 screws and washers supplied with the machine. Carry out this operation with at least
two people.
5.3 Commissioning:
Before commissioning, ensure that there are no extraneous objects interfering with the
machine’s moving parts.

8 V1-06-2022
5.4 Danger:
The machine must be used and cleaned by no more than one operator.
Any maintenance work or replacement of parts must be carried out by an approved
Agent.
6. CONTROLS AND SAFETY FEATURES
6.1 Controls:
Your machine is equipped with several operating and handling controls/levers (fig1&2).

The work area is at the front of the machine; the Click&Cut frame to the left of the operator,

8. MAINTENANCE
Important: The machine must be cleaned by one person alone, with the lever in the rearmost
position (tamping plate down). Failure to observe this instruction increases the risk of serious
accidents.
8.1 Daily, by a trained operator:
It is essential to ensure on a regular basis that the various functional units of the machine are
operating correctly:
Ø With machine empty, operate the tamping lever (fig1). Check to ensure there are no friction
points.
Ø Check to ensure that the frame closure hook is operating correctly (fig2).
Place the tamping plate in the lowered position and clean the tank.
Clean the Click&Cut frame.
Clean the grids.
Clean the inside of the machine, drop dough and flour residues into the collection tray and empty it.
8.2 Weekly, by a trained operator:
Wash the entire body with a damp cloth.
Empty the flour collection tray.
With the plate in the lowered position, clean the machine tank using a damp cloth.
Using a vacuum cleaner, clean all over the inside of the machine as well as the mechanical
components.
8.3 Annually, by an approved agent:
Ensure there is no abnormal noise when the machine is in operation. At the same time check to ensure
that the plate is centred correctly in the tank.
Detach the machine from its base, tilt it if necessary to tighten the friction disc pressure screws (fig4);
clean and lubricate the racks as well as the pinions (fig4).
9. CONSUMABLES
When ordering a spare part, check with your approved agent which part is required based on the spare
parts catalogue issued by the manufacturer.
Always quote the machine serial number shown on the nameplate.
Your agent will place the orders with JAC.
