Important Safety Information
Please keep this manual in a safe place for reference.
1. It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and
efficient use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your
responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
2. Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any
physical or health conditions that could create a risk to your health and safety, or prevent you from using
the equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your
heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.
3. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: Pain, tightness in your chest,
irregular heartbeat, extreme shortness of breath, feeling light headed, dizzy or nauseous. If you do
experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise
program.
4. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
5. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. For
safety, the equipment should have at least 12” of free space all around it.
6. Before using the equipment, check the nuts and bolts are securely tightened.

and/or wear and tear. Any worn parts should be replaced immediately.
8. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or
checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the equipment during use, stop.
Do not use the equipment until the problem has been fixed.
9. Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing which may get
caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.

10. The equipment has been tested and certified to EN957 under class H.C. Suitable for domestic, home
use only. Maximum weight of user, 250 lbs.
11. If you feel unstable while getting on and off the elliptical while in stand up mode, hold onto a stable
object like a counter or table top until you feel comfortable with your balance. As you proceed and use
your mini elliptical you will become very comfortable with getting on and off and will also over time
improve your balance.
12. If the wheels are “squeaky” upon initial use, just add a drop or so of provided lubricant between
the wheels and the base plate. WD40 can also be used. We use extra large roller blade wheels for a
smoother rider and they will last much longer than the small wheels generally used. We think you will be
much happier with these wheels and should have no problems with them if they are lubricated a bit to rid
of the squeak.

Please note the most screws are already in place and will have to be unscrewed, then re-attached with adjoining
components.

Step 1: Remove all the accessories in the carton, assemble the foot tube (3) to the main body (1) with flat washer (15) and
nut M8 (16). These screws are already in place on the unit. Remove screws from the bar with enclosed wrench and
connect to the unit by re-screwing them together.
:

Step 2:
Assemble the base plate (2) to the main body with flat washer (14) and screw M6X15 (13). The screws are in place attached
underneath the unit. Please remove screws from unit and re-attach the base plate to the main body as shown.
Step 3:
To attach the plate handle run the screw M10X15 (8) through the hole in the handle (4) and the hole in the base plate
(2).Tighten it with flat washer (9) and nut M10 (10).

Step 4:
Align the hole of the pedal (5-1, 5-2) to the pedal bracket. Use flat washer (12), screw M8X15 (11) to tighten the pedal.
The screws are located in the arm, please unscrew washer and screw from the arm and re-attach pedals to the arm with
these screws. Place the pedal with the arrows that indicate stand up and sit down. The sticker should be on the
inside close to the tension knob and the top carry handle, with the “sit” arrow pointing towards the rolling bar and the
“stand” arrow pointing towards the plate handle. Match the other foot plate to be sure that it is facing the same direction
with the round toe section of the foot pedal close to the rolling bar, and the flat end of the foot pedal close to the plate
handle as shown in the diagram below. This will insure that your pedals are facing the correct direction.
IMPORTANT!
Wheels tend to be “squeaky” upon initial use. Please use a small amount of lubricant provided or some WD40 between the
wheels and the base plate to eliminate the squeak. We use extra large roller blade wheels for longer wear and smoother ride
yet they tend to be squeaky, a little lubricant will eliminate the noise.

Step 5:
There are three holes in the pedal bracket; you can adjust the pedals to three different heights. The 1st hole (top hole) allows
the pedal to lie flat for stand up elliptical mode. The second and third hole is used for sit down mode. You can select the
height adjustment that feels the most comfortable for your height or strength.
Find the height you prefer, align both holes then screw the knob (6),washer(15) through both holes to keep the adjustment,
do not over tighten.
Low height:only fit to stand use. You will be standing in the opposite direction in stand up mode from sit down mode
Facing the direction where the plate handle will be in front of you and the roller bar will be BEHIND you.

Middle height: Only fit for sit use. Sit mode you will be facing the direction where both plate handleAND roller bar will be
in front of you
Highest height:Only fit for sit use. Sit mode is where both plate handleAND roller bar will be in front of you
For Stand up Mode
Place knob in the top hole which will make the pedal almost completely flat. You will face the opposite
direction than you face in sit down mode. Stand facing the plate handle with the roller bar BEHIND you.
You can rotate the monitor to face you for easy readability. Rotate it clockwise by the tab on the monitor.
