must accompany the machine throughout the machine's working life. Keep this
manual and all attached documentation in a safe place where it is accessible by
all personnel responsible for running or servicing the machine.

Required operator qualications
Personnelresponsibleforrunningorservicingthemachinemustbeinpossessionofspecic
professionalqualicationsforeachoftherequiredtasks.
Theoperatormustbeinstructedandhencefamiliarwiththeassigneddutiesunderhis/her
responsibility.
Thefollowingisadescriptionoftheprofessionalprolesformachineoperators.

Operator
Qualiedpersoncapableofperformingsimpletaskssuchasrunningthe
machinethroughtheuseofthepushbuttonpanelandloadingandunloading
ofthematerialsusedinproduction:theoperatoristypicallycapableof
performingsimpletasksofadjustment,start-uporresumptionofproduction
followingaforcedstoppage.
Maintenance Mechanic
Qualiedtechnicianabletorunthemachineinnormalconditions,torun
itwiththeprotectionsdisabled,toworkonmechanicalpartstoperform
adjustments,maintenanceoperationsandanyrepairsthatmaybeneeded.
Themaintenancemechanicisnotauthorisedtoworkonliveelectrical
systems.
Maintenance Electrician
Qualiedtechnicianabletorunthemachineinnormalconditionsandrunit
withtheprotectionsdisabled.Themaintenanceelectriciancanperformall
electricaladjustment,maintenanceandrepairtasks.
Themaintenanceelectricianisauthorizedtoworkinsideelectricalcabinets
andjunctionboxeswhiletheelectricalpowerisconnected.
Handling Operative
Personwithspecicskillsinliftingtechniquesandequipment,harnessing
techniquesandsafehandlingofloads.
Manufacturer's Maintenance Mechanic and Electrician
Qualiedtechniciansprovidedbythemanufacturerifnecessary
toperformcomplexoperationsinspecialsituationsorin
accordancewiththeagreementsenteredintowiththeuser.
