Assembly Instructions
⚠WARNING
•This shelving rack must be placed on a level surface. Failure to do so can result in unit failure,
poor product performance, or a possible tipping safety hazard.
Figure 1
1. Attach the beams to the uprights (see Figure 1), starting at the bottom shelf by using both end
frames to establish the left and the right sides of the unit.
Figure 2

2. After a beam has been placed in both upright slots, push the beam down at both ends (a rubber
mallet may be used) to help drive the base beam tabs into the slots to secure the beam. Continue
assembling each shelf from bottom to top level (front and back).
3. If the base beam tabs are bent due to mishandling, adjust the tabs back to their proper form (see
Figure 1).
4. The completed rack should have four (4) levels evenly spaced for maximum stability. Although the
beams are adjustable in height, they must be evenly spaced so the stability of the unit is not
compromised.
5. Cross beams are used to assist with a heavy load. Insert cross beams in each level by aligning the
obround holes located on the ends of the cross beams to the obround holes on the inside bottom
edge of the beams (see Figure 2).
6. After all load beams and cross beams are in place, place a mesh deck into each shelf (see Figure
3).
