Preparation of the bottom panel
This manual was created to the customer's specications. This document therefore only contains the parts that you have
ordered. Other chapters are not discussed.
To guarantee an Assunta system that works properly, all of the steps in this manual must be followed precisely. VDS BVBA
cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the way this manual is used, and is not responsible for incorrectly
assembled systems.
It is very important for the panels to be straight. For that reason a maximum bend and/or torsion of 2 mm applies to all of
the panels in the system.

Prepare the bottom panel. The panel is provided with a chamfer at the top and with holes Ø2.5, depth 10 mm for the guide
blocks, belt clips and glide plates. The slots and holes for the door aligners are also provided in the panel. To obtain the exact
dimensions of these processes, you can request custom-made drawings of your setup via the website.
Horizontal clearance bottom panel
Preparation of the second panel
Remove the horizontal play from the slanting top of the bottom panel once. Horizontal clearance = 1.75 mm
Prepare the bottom panel. The panel is provided with a chamfer at the top and at the bottom with holes Ø2.5, depth 10 mm
for the guide blocks and follower brackets and/or glide plates. The slots and holes for the door aligners are also provided in
the panel. To obtain the exact dimensions of these processes, you can request custom-made drawings of your setup via the
website.
