ELECTRIC OIL HEATER INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing our electric oil heater, before use, please read the instructions
carefully, and saved for later reference.
I.Product characteristics
◆The company manufactured oil heater is a tubular element of heat, high efficiency
permanent oil as the medium through the heat sink to dissipate heat, the use of air circula-
tion to increase room temperature.
◆Electric oil heater easy to use, safe, beautiful, quiet operation, no electromagnetic inter-
ference and other characteristics, suitable for scientific research, hospitals, hotels, martial

more warm and comfortable!
Product structure
II.Instructions for use
1.Installation method:
Remove the machine and all parts from the packaging box.
（1）Upside heater, the caster board into position, with wing nuts and U-screw attach-
ment, shown in Figure 2;
（2）Finally heater being put to the right place.

2.Check before start：
（1）Power line should not be damaged, fracture phenomena;
（2）Please make sure the parameters required by your power and heater nameplate
before use make sure that the power outlet current rating meets the requirements and has
a safety ground, or should replace the outlet.
3.Instructions
Check the power cord,the display board is not displayed when the power switch is not
switched

Open the key:
1.Plug in the power cord, flip the rocker switch, the boot key display low light, click on the
switch to boot, if not for other operations, default to high-grade mode (default temperature
of 24 °c) , mode key highlight, digital tube middle display "3" , three seconds to digital
display setting temperature.
2.Press the key again and the product enters the standby state.
3.Press and hold the key to turn on the power supply to enter the self-test, the display
screen will be extinguished after 2 seconds, and the high and low heating tubes will be
heated for 2 seconds and then return to standby.
4.It acts as a switch in the normal state, and the machine remembers the pre-shutdown
state without power off (the timing function is not memorized).
Mode key:
1. In the boot state, click this button to switch the machine heating mode, power on for the
first time, the default high-end (default temperature 24 ℃), the switching order is high,
medium, low and high. Loop, the middle of the three-digit tube displays "3" 2 "1" 3 in turn. "
Cycle.
2.. When the mode is set, the button / key is also activated and highlighted, and clicking
the button / key can also increase or decrease the gear.
3. When the mode is set and after it is set, the indicator light in the middle of the mode key
is highlighted, the middle bit of the Nixie tube shows the current setting gear, and the Nixie
tube shows the setting temperature after 3 seconds.
4. Among them, the low, medium and high modes are the gear mode. when in these three
modes, the temperature can be set in the range of 7mur35 ℃, and the current setting gear
of the heating tube can be controlled according to the setting temperature and the tem-
perature of the NTC probe. The method is: first press the temperature key, and then press
the temperature / key to set the control temperature of the current mode, automatically
confirm after 5 seconds of no operation or directly click the temperature key to confirm.
Timing key:
1. Click the timing button to enter the timing shutdown setting, the indicator light in the
middle of the timing key is highlighted, and the time content is displayed by a three-digit
digital tube, the first two bits show the hour, and the last one shows "h".
2. Adjust the time by pressing the button / key, and confirm automatically after 5 seconds
of no operation or press the timing key directly (the maximum setting is 24 hours and 0
hours is no time).
3. No matter what heating mode the machine is in, it can be set to shut down at a fixed
time.
4. When the timing is set and after it is set, the indicator light in the middle of the timing
key is highlighted (when the timing is set to 0, when there is no timing, the timing indicator
is low);
5. Timing confirmation within 3 seconds after the Nixie display timing shutdown time, 3
seconds after the Nixie display setting temperature.

Temperature key:
1. Press the temperature key, activate the button / key to adjust the temperature, the light
in the middle of the temperature key is highlighted, the temperature content is displayed by
a three-digit digital tube, the first two bits show the temperature, and the last one displays
"℃" with the "point" of the digital tube.
2. The default temperature is 24 ℃. Set the temperature by clicking the button / key, and
automatically confirm after 5 seconds of no operation or directly click the temperature key
to confirm (temperature setting range 7Mel 35 ℃).
3. In the power-on state, press the temperature key for 5 seconds, and the Celsius mode
(point + c) is converted to Fahrenheit mode (when the point + F); machine is in Fahrenheit
mode, press the temperature key for 5 seconds to switch back to Fahrenheit mode.
4. In Fahrenheit mode, the default temperature is 75 °F and the setting range is 45 °F / 95
°F.
5. The Celsius and Fahrenheit modes have a memory function, and you can still remem-
ber the last pattern after a complete power outage.
Add and subtract keys▲/▼:
1. When there is no gear setting, timing setting and temperature setting, the two corre-
sponding lights are low and there is no response by pressing this key.
2. When making gear or timing setting or temperature setting, the two keys are active and
the indicator lights are highlighted.
3. Before setting the temperature, you must press the temperature key.
Dumping function:
1. When the angle between the machine dumping and the horizontal position is less than
35 ±5 degrees, the digital tube flashes and prompts "Eo", and all outputs are closed.
2.When the angle between the machine centralization and the horizontal position is more
than 50 ±5 degrees, the working state before dumping will be restored.
Anti-frost function:
1.In the standby state, the mid-range heating is automatically turned on when the probe
temperature is lower than 5 ℃(41 °F), and when the probe temperature is higher than 7
℃(45 °F), the heating is stopped and returned to the standby state.
2.When the frost protection function is turned on, the power LED highlights and flashes at
a frequency of 2 seconds per time, and the digital tube shows the current temperature
(degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit).
Supplementary explanation.
1.The machine in the working state has no operation after working 3min, and automatically
enters the screen flameout state (the power light is low and the rest is off); in the flameout
state, press any button to wake up the body.
2. Sensor short circuit, flashing prompt "EH"; sensor open circuit, flasing prompt "EL",
need to be repaired by power outage.
3.The product can be configured with infrared remote control function, and the remote
control button function corresponds to the control board button function one by one.

III.Cleaning and maintenance
（1）Avoid bruised or scratched heater, so as not to damage the surface coating and rust.
（2）After a soft clean cloth is placed in the box collection when unused for long periods,
with the heater.
IV.Notes
(1) Before using the heater must carefully read the product manual, and the instructions on
this manual operation.
(2) To prevent overheating, Do not cover the heater.
(3) the heater can not be located immediately below an electrical outlet or electrical outlet.
(4) The heater is not in humid environments, such as bathrooms and water or to the place
susceptible to washout,And should prevent water droplets from entering or splashing into
the control box. Do not have more flammable and explosive gases in the environment to
use the heater..
(5) If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be made by the manu-
facturer, its service agent or similarly qualified professionals with certain sectors of the
same type to replace the original power cord.
(6) The heater should be filled with a precise amount of professional HTF. Asked to open
the fins must be repaired only by the manufacturer or service personnel to carry out, if the
oil leak, also must contact them to deal with.

(8) When using the heater should be placed on a smooth, you can not turn or tilt use.
(9) Do not clothes and towels and other items directly on the heater baking.
(10) After use or when unattended, please turn off and unplug it. It is forbidden to turn off
or turn on the device by pulling or plugging in the plug.
(11) Clean heater, turn it off and unplug it, and stand body to cool before cleaning.

I.Caractéristiques du produit
◆Le radiateur à huile fabriqué par notre société consiste en un élément tubulaire de
chaleur, une huile permanente à haute efficacité comme moyen de transport à travers le
dissipateur de chaleur pour dissiper la chaleur, le recours à la circulation d'air permettant
d'augmenter la température de la pièce.
◆Radiateur électrique à bain d'huile est facile à utiliser, sûr, et esthétique. Son fonctionne-

II.Instructions d'utilisation
1.Méthode d'installation:
Retirez le radiateur et toutes les pièces de la boîte d'emballage.
(1) Le radiateur à l'envers, montez la planche de roulettes en position, avec des écrous à
oreilles et une fixation par vis en U, comme le montre la figure 2;
(2) Enfin, remettez le radiateur dans la bonne position.

2.Vérification avant la mise en service：
(1) La ligne d'alimentation ne doit pas être endommagée, ou présente des fissures;
(2) Veuillez vous assurer que les paramètres requis par votre puissance et la plaque
signalétique de l'appareil de chauffage. Avant l'utilisation, assurez-vous que le courant
nominal de la prise de courant répond aux exigences et dispose d'une mise à la terre de
sécurité, sinon vous devez remplacer la prise.
3.Instructions
Vérifiez le cordon d'alimentation ,le tableau d'affichage ne s'affiche pas lorsque l'interrupt-
eur d'alimentation n'est pas actionné.
