CA and Ep xy Glues
Sanding Bl ck and n rmal t ls
Glue first ne side f the wing j iner with 5 minute
ep xy.
Check the alignment f the wings. Lay the wing
With the b tt m side up , Then glue the wings
t gether. With 5 r 30 minute ep xy.
Lay the wing n a cardb ard tube r br mstick
With the b tt m side up t let the ep xuy cure.
Sand th edges , and if necessary, trim the fr nt and
back f the stub n th fuselage by 4-5 mm
Sand the inside f the fin Tape the edges with masking tape. An then glue the
Fin n the fuselage with 5 minute ep xy . us a clamp
T h ld the fin in place. When the ep xy cures.
Serv bay hatch and triangle st ck hard w d. Glue in the triangle w d st ck with 5 minute ep xy.
Make sure that the serv hatch is flush with the wing surface.
Mark the crew h les with a thin pencil and
Drill appr. 1.5 mm h les f r the fastening screws.
Aft he h les have been drilled put s me thin CA glue in the
h les and let it dry
Mark the h les f r the c ntr l h rn and
Drill thr ugh with 1.5 – 2mm drill
Pull an extensi n serv wire thr ugh the
pre-drilled h le. Please use metal gear
serv ’s. D n’t f rget t set the serv h rn in
its middle p siti n with y ur transmitter
bef re y u install the serv
S lder the serv wires t the extensi n cable
and is late the wires with shrinktube.
If y u use extensi n c rds with male and
female ends y u d n’t have t d s ldering.
Check the alignment f the hinges s that
they are exactly in the middle . D this f r
the elev n and the wing. C rrect the pre-cut
sl ts if neccesary .
Than glue the hinges in the elev n and wing
with Thin CA glue
In stall the clevises and pushr ds N w install the c ntr ll h rn n the elev n
Set the elev n 5-6mm up.
Mark y ur m t r m unting pattern n the
n se and cut the h les with a dremel t l
N w install y ur m t r and speed c ntr ller
Check the alignment f the m t r axle
c rrect if neccesary with washers between
the m t r and fuselage.
Check it with the
sp
inner installed
Glue the tray in place with 30 minute ep xy Put washers under the b lts .

FINAL ASSEMBLY
Install the receiver in the fuse. Connect all servo leads to the receiver. Check to make sure
all controls are working. Some adjustments may be needed to obtain the proper control
surface movement.
Check the final balance of the plane.

First Flight:
The flying wing can be hand launched.
You will find the flying wing to have very good stability as well as maneuverability. Loops
and rolls are easily obtained with adequate entry speeds. Remember to land level so there
won’t be damage to the plane. The flying wing will also thermal and soar very well with the
motor off.
WARNING!
Although the flying wing is a stable airplane, the airplane is capable of high
speeds and therefore can cause serious personal injury and property damage.
We strongly urge you to seek the help of an AMA approved instructor if this is
your first aircraft of this type. Please use common sense.
Fly in suitable areas f r this aircraft such as an AMA appr ved field.
