PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The belt: Hip’Safe
The buckle: to open and close the belt.
Green light appears automatically when the
buckle is closed.
The cover: to protect the system. It is
light, comfortable and washable.
The charger: to recharge the battery of
the belt.
The cartridge: to trigger the airbags in case
of fall. For single use only. Must be replaced
after each fall.
When you receive Hip’Safe, the belt is ready to use.

HOW TO ACTIVATE HIP’SAFE ?
Turn and center the belt.
(buckle in the back / arrow in the front and center)
Adjust the belt above the hips and
buckle the belt to turn the system ON.
BEEP
CLICK
ON
Open the buckle and remove
the belt.

Check the position of the belt

The arrow symbol «UP» should point upwards.
A green
LED light
and a
«Beep»
sound
indicate
that the
system is
ON.
CAUTION : WRONG POSITIONS
The belt is not centered. The belt is not turned. (The
buckle should be on the back)
The belt is on the wrong side.
(The arrow should point upwards)
The belt does not work in the following positions
IMPORTANT :
Never close the belt when
you are not wearing it.
(risk of unexpected triggering)
HOW TO ADJUST THE BELT?
Remove the cover entirely.
Adjust the strap
Close the cover by following
pressure buttons.
Replace the cover
Place the cover over the belt. Check that the «UP» symbols are
matching : yellow with yellow // red with red.
Pull the strap to adjust.
Place the strap in the good posi-
tion to increase or reduce the size.

Plug the belt
The green light indicates that
the belt is recharged and can
be reused.

Low battery : In a normal use of the belt, the red light and a «beep beep beep» indicate that the battery
should be recharged.
2 Unplug the belt
A charger is included in delivery.
Plug the charger in the buckle
of the belt.
Never close the buckle
when the belt is charging.
IMPORTANT :
HOW TO REUSE HIP’SAFE AFTER A FALL?
Remove the cover entirely.
Open the pocket.
Disconnect the cartridge. Unscrew the cartridge. Remove the cartridge.
