INFRA2000+ PRO
Please read these instructions carefully before switching on.
The INFRA2000 + PRO radiator is a high-quality infrared radiator that uses short-wave
infrared (IR A) technology and is equipped with efficient golden HeLen heating tubes. It is a
radiator of the latest generation, which is about four to five times more efficient than ordinary
radiators (IR B) and is characterized by 50% less energy consumption than gas mushrooms.
The INFRA2000 + PRO IP 65 is a slim radiator with an elegant aluminium profile. This unit is
waterproof to IP65 and therefore suitable for all indoor and outdoor applications. It can be
exposed to rain, snow etc.
This unit can be connected with the supplied 2 m long electric cable with a shock-proof plug.
A mounting bracket is also included.
The service life of the gold-plated heating tube is approx. 5000 hours.

The presentation of the invoice or the consignment note is required. During the warranty period,
all material or manufacturing defects will be remedied free of charge. This is done by repairing
or replacing the defective components or, based on the manufacturer's decision, by replacing
them with a defect-free and efficient system.
The prerequisite for claiming the guarantee is the proper operation and maintenance of the
system. Claims that are not covered by the warranty will not be considered. In justified cases,
only the repair of the system will be covered.
Further claims and responsibility for consequences of the defects are excluded.
There are no warranty claims for components that are worn out during operation or for damage
caused by incorrect use, humidity or third party activities.
In case of complaint, the equipment should be brought to the supplier.

Safety tips:
- Please read these instructions carefully.
- This device operates in a high protection class (protection class 1 / grounding). It is
recommended for correct operation of the 16 A "C" fuse
- This device operates in the European voltage standard 230 Volt (phase, zero and
ground).
- The electric radiator must not be operated unattended
- Children should not be in the immediate vicinity of the device
- Do not leave flammable materials or gases within 1.5 m of the device
- Do not attempt to open / repair the heater yourself
- Never touch the switched on (and immediately after switching off) heating tube and the
aluminium housing - danger of burns!
Control - Using the remote control:
- Install the heater in the final location
- by pressing the O/I - switch on the side of the radiator, the radiator is activated in the
standby position
- Pressing the On / Off button on the remote control starts the spotlight - it changes the
light from red to green
- By pressing the buttons with the indicated power, the radiator switches on such line
- Pressing the On / Off button switches the spotlight off to the standby position
- The radiator is switched off completely by switching on the O button
Installation, assembly and commissioning:
- Please remove the packaging material before switching on for the first time!
- All GLOBAL instruments are thoroughly tested before shipment
- For the operation of a 2000 W radiator, it is recommended to assign a line with a separate
16 A fuse
- Two 2000 W radiators cannot be connected to one cable. 16 A is maximum 3680 watts,
230 volts.
- As the infrared radiators are characterised by a high inrush current, the fuse can "blow"
if the ampere fuses are too small
- Please follow the instructions above before installation.
- Our modern radiant heater does not get as hot as others during operation. However, for
safety reasons, minimum distances must be observed:
- Minimum distance from above (from ceilings or other materials): 25 cm
- Minimum distance to the sides (from the wall or other materials): 1 m
- Minimum distance from the floor or other materials in the direction of heat emission:
1.50 m
