1. Read all instructions.

5. Do not use this apparatus near water.
6. Clean only with a dry cloth.
7. Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
8. Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including ampliers)
that produce heat.
9. Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades with one
wider than the other. A grounding type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third
prong are provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not t into your outlet, consult an electrician for replacement
of the obsolete outlet.
10. Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched particularily at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point
where they exit from the apparatus.
11. Only use attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.
12. Use only with cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specied by the manufacturer, or sold with the
apparatus. When a cart is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid
injury from tip-over.
13. Unplug this apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.
14. Refer all servicing to qualied service personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any
way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged. Liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the
apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
15. Apparatus shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and that not objects lled with liquids, such as vases,
shall be placed on the apparatus.
16. The battery shall not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, re or the like.
17. The MAINS plug is used as the disconnect device, which shall remain readily operable.
18. The apparatus shall be connected to a MAINS socket outlet with a protective earthing connection.

SETUP
Setting up the remote control:
Battery installation:
1. Release the slide latch of the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Pull out the battery holder.
3. Install only a 3V CR2025 battery and ensure that the battery polarity "+" corresponds to the
"+" sign on the battery holder.
4. Replace the battery holder.
Please note:
• Use only the recommended size and type of battery specied.
• Please be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the battery in the battery
compartment. A reversed battery may cause damage to the remote control.
• Do not drop or bump the remote control as this may damage the internal components of
the remote.
• When not using the unit for a prolonged period of time, please remove the battery to avoid
possible damage caused by a leaking battery.
Optimal range for the remote control:
1. When pressing the buttons on the remote control,
aim it at the IR receiver on the Music System.
2. The distance between the Music System and the
remote should be no more than 16.5 feet (5 meters)
and within 30° with an unobstructed view.

NOTE: To prevent any damages to the base connector, do not shake or bump the iPod/iPhone
during playback.
The remote control may be less eective if:
1. A strong light is placed near the IR receiver.
2. There are obstacles between the remote control and the IR receiver.
3. Other remote controls are being used in the area at the same time.
4. The remote control has a low battery.
Connecting your iPod/iPhone to your Music System:
1. Ensure that the iPod/iPhone and the Music System are turned o before docking your
iPod/iPhone.
2. Select the correct docking bracket that corresponds to the size of your iPod/iPhone. You can also
use the original universal bracket that came with your iPod/iPhone.
3. Insert the correct docking bracket into the iPod/iPhone connection area located on the top of
the Music System.
4. Ensure that the iPod/iPhone is securely connected to the Music System.
