INSTALLATION TIPS OPERATION TIPS

Exubera Water Appliance

Exubera: EV9318-60

Exubera: EV9318-60 Produces ambient, chilled and chilled carbonated

water

Combined with Everpure filtration technologies,

allows for premium carafe water

Capable of supplying water-cooled to 40ºF

Efficient ice bank technology

Consumes only 350 watts of electricity when

compressor is cycling

Can be plumbed to coffee or ice machine

Durable construction

UL Approved

Position the appliance in the point of installation,

away from sources of heat and direct sunlight

Do not install the appliance outdoors and in very

damp rooms

The appliance should be positioned in such a way

as to leave approximately 2.40 to 2.80 inches of

space free for air to circulate freely

Fill the ice bank before connecting CO2, main

water supply or power

Requires CO2 cylinder to provide carbonation

(EV9318-62)

Before connecting CO2, run water through

dispenser

Flush all dispensers before use

Ensure John Guest fittings are secure before

operation

To ensure the highest quality water, use in

combination with an Everpure filtration system

Before making the water connection, make sure

the incoming water pressure is between 14.5 psi

and 43.5 psi

If the incoming water pressure is below 14.5 psi or

the flow rate is less than 0.50 gpm, fit a device

capable of increasing the pressure (such as an

autoclave or similar)

The pressure is especially important for those

water coolers fitted with a carbonation device

If the incoming water pressure exceeds 43.5 psi,

predispose a pressure reducer capable of

reducing the latter to the 14.5 psi and 43.5 psi

Advice on using the appliance for carbonated

water: To guarantee the correct operation of the

pump in time, the appliance must always be

operated with water in the cooling circuit

Maximum Cold Water Capacity: 6.6 gph

Suggested tubing: 3/8” OD, 1/4” ID
