Q : The device cannot be previewed properly?
A : Check whether the network is normal (2.4GHz). Ensure that you
have placed the camera close to the wi router, and still if you
face issues then it is recommended to reset the device and add
it again.
Q : Why is it still in the list of devices after resetting?
A : The reset device only resets the network conguration of the
camera, but cannot change the conguration on the App, remove
the camera, and must be deleted by the App.
Q : How to cut the camera network to another router?
A : First remove and reset the device on the App and then congure
the device again by the App.
Q : Why doesn’t the device identify the SD card?
A : It is recommended to plug in SD card after the power to the
camera is o. Conrm whether the SD card is normally available
and the format is FAT32. Please note that the TF card can’t be
identied when the internet connection speed is not good.
Q : Why I can’t get the notications on my phone App?
A : Please conrm that the App has been running on the phone,
and the relevant reminder function has been opened; Message
notication and authority conrmation in the mobile phone
system have been opened.

A camera will not be able to bind to the B account or the C account).
If other users want to connect to the Smart Floodlight camera, the
primary user needs to share the camera with other users. If you wish
to change the account, the corresponding camera in the A account
needs to be deleted, restore the camera to the factory settings, then
follow the same steps for connecting from the beginning.
