Emulex

warrants

for

period

twelve

months

from

the

date

shipment

that

each

Emulex

Controller

Product

supplied

shall

free

from

defects

workmanship.

During

this

period,

the

customer

experiences

difficulties

with

Emulex

controller

and

unable

resolve

the

problem

via

the

phone

with

Emulex

Technical

Support,

Return

Authorization

will

issued.

Following

receipt

Return

Authorization,

the

customer

respon-

sible

for

returning

the

product

Emulex,

freight

prepaid.

Emulex,

upon

verification

warranty

will,

its

option,

repair

replace

the

controller

question,

and

return

the

customer

freight

prepaid.

CABLE

WARRANTY:

All

Emulex

provided

cables,

not

included

part

subsystem,

are

warranted

for

ninety

(90)

days

from

the

time

shipment.

Questionable

cables

should

returned

Emulex,

freight

prepaid,

where

they

will

repaired

replaced

by Emulex

its

option

and

returned

the

customer

freight

prepaid.

The

above

warranties

shall

not

apply

expendable

components

such

fuses,

bulbs,

and

the

like,

nor

connectors

and

other

items

not

part

the

basic

product.

Emulex

shall

have

obligation

make

repairs

cause

replacement

required

through

normal

wear

and

tear

necessitated

whole

part

catastrophe,

fault

negli-

gence

user,

improper

unauthorized

use

which

not
