Read this manual carefully before using your
skateboard for the rst time.

• SAFETY AND HANDLING OF THE
BATTERY. Risk of explosion if the battery
is replaced by another type of battery.
Dispose of used batteries according to
the instructions. Failure to follow these
safety instructions may result in re,
electric shock or other injury or damage
to the product.
• KEEP THE BATTERY OUT OF REACH OF
CHILDREN.
• NEVER EXPOSE THE SKATEBOARD
OR BATTERY TO MOISTURE OR ANY
TYPE OF LIQUID. NEVER EXPOSE THE
BATTERY TO FIRE, as this could cause it
to explode.
• NEVER SHORT-CIRCUIT THE BATTERY
by touching the connector with a metal
object. This could cause serious injury or
re and damage the battery.
• DO NOT CHARGE OR USE THE BATTERY
IN A CAR OR ANY OTHER PLACE WHERE
THE TEMPERATURE MAY EXCEED 40°C.

or chemical burn if not handled with care.

PRODUCT without consulting our
support. Any changes or modications to
your product not expressly approved by
ELWING will void your warranty.
• CHARGING THE BATTERY SAFELY
1. You should regularly examine the cables,
tip and plug of your charger as they may
be damaged. If your charger has any of
the faults described above, you should
not charge your product until it has been
repaired.
2. Unplug the charger and disconnect it from
the skateboard when not in use. ONLY
USE THE CHARGER SUPPLIED WITH THE
SKATEBOARD.
3. For indoor use only. Never expose the
charger to liquids, mould or moisture.
Do not charge the Powerkit or its remote
control outdoors or in the rain.
4. Unplug the charger when the skateboard or
remote control battery is full.
5. Stop charging the skateboard and/or
remote control if it becomes abnormally
hot, shows signs of odour, discolouration,
deformation, or if abnormal conditions are
detected during use, charging or storage.
6. Do not charge the skateboard and/
or remote control if the battery pack is
cracked, swollen or shows other signs of
misuse. Stop using the device immediately
and contact support.
• RECYCLING YOUR PRODUCT
1. Under no circumstances should your
product be placed in a municipal waste bin.
Please follow your city’s instructions for
electronic waste.
2. If this device shows any type of damage,
such as swelling or disgurement,
discontinue use and contact customer
support immediately by sending an e-mail
3. Dispose of used batteries in accordance
with applicable regulations for battery dis-
posal.
4. Never dispose of used batteries with other
ordinary solid waste. Batteries contain toxic
substances.
