CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Quick cleaning
Instruction for masher
Prepare 300g cooked potatoes, cut each potato into 4 pieces. Max operation duration per time
cannot exceed 30s, and 1minute rest time must be maintained at two consecutive cycles.
1. Insert the potato bar into the motor unit, when inserted in place, a click will be heard.
2. Simply plug the hand-held blender to power outlet.
3. Lower the blade into food, choose the speed setting by rotating the speed dial, then press and
hold the On/Off button. The unit will run at the highest speed when pressing and holding turbo
button.
NOTE:
1- On/Off button is also provided with variable speed function, when you press and hold it,
speed will vary according to your pressing pressure.
2- Please don’t use our cup to mash potatoes, you should use a big enough bowl to mash
potatoes.
3- Never use the masher to process the uncooked potatoes.
4. Release the On/Off button to stop operating when food consistency is obtained.
Unplug the appliance and remove the detachable blending rod.
Note: Do not immerse the detachable blending rod of the blender in water because overtime the
lubrication on the bearings may wash away.
2. Wash the detachable blending rod under running water, without the use of abrasive cleaner
or detergents. After nishing cleaning the detachable blending rod, place it upright so that any
water which may have got in, can drain out. The blending rod is dishwashing safe component.
3. Wash the cup, bowl, beater and blade in warm soapy water. The bowl and the beater are not
recommending to place in dishwashing machine as the plastic components deteriorate through
prolonged use of dishwasher cleaning.
4. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse it in water for cleaning as an electric
shock may occur.
5. Dry thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.

1. Place the chopper bowl on a clean level surface.
2. Assemble the stainless chopping blade into the chopper bowl.
3. Place food into the chopper bowl.
Note: Remove the bone of the meat, cut small pieces, then place the meat into bowl, the max
quantity of meat can’t exceed 200g in every blending.
4. Attach the lid onto the chopper bowl.
5. Insert the top part of the chopper into the hole of the chopper lid.
6. Plug the appliance into power outlet.
7. Choose the speed setting by rotating the speed dial, then press and hold the On/Off button.
The unit will run at the highest speed when pressing and holding turbo button.
NOTE: On/Off button is also provided with variable speed function, when you press and hold it,
speed will vary according to your pressing pressure.
8. Release the On/Off button to stop operating when food consistency is obtained.
Caution:
-To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without rst putting bowl
properly in place.
-Be sure chopper lid is securely locked in place before operating appliance.
-There is chopper lid 2, after nish food processing, you can assemble it on the bowl for food
storage.

Know your blender (It is suitable for blending vegetable and fruit)
USE YOUR BLENDER
Instruction for blender
Before the rst use, clean the blender according to the section of “quick cleaning”.
The time of running unit without load can’t exceed 15s.
Important: Blades are very sharp, handle with care. Ensure that the hand-held blender is
unplugged from the power outlet before assembling or removing attachments.
The max operation time per time shall not exceed 30 seconds and only wait until the unit is
cooled to room temperature before performing next operation cycles.
1. Insert the detachable rod into the motor unit, when inserted in place, a click will be heard.
2. Put proper fruits or vegetables to be blended into cup. The amount of food shall not exceed
Max level as indicated on cup.
NOTE: Usually certain amount of puried water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running
of appliance when blending fruit. If blend carrot, please cut the carrot into small pieces (15mmX
15mmX15mm).
3. Plug the appliance into power outlet.
4. Lower the blade into food, choose the speed setting by rotating the speed dial, then press and
hold the On/Off button. The unit will run at the highest speed when pressing and holding turbo
button.
