Description
This enclosure by Delock is an external solution for dierent Slim SATA drives
with 12.7 mm height, e.g. DVD-ROM, DVD±RW, Blu-ray etc. Thus the built-in
drive will be converted into a mobile drive. For the installation of the drive, no
tools are needed. The enclosure is connected to the computer or laptop via the
USB Type-A plug.

Installation
1. Slide your Slim SATA drive into the enclosure until it reaches the end.
2. Now you can either use the attached front panel or the panel of your drive.
3. Connect the USB cable with the enclosure and an available port of your
computer.
4. Switch on your computer.
5. The external drive will be recognized and you can start using the device
immediately.

Kurzbeschreibung
Dieses Gehäuse von Delock ist eine externe Lösung für verschiedene Slim SATA
Laufwerke mit 12,7 mm Höhe, z. B. DVD-ROM, DVD±RW, Blu-ray etc. Somit wird
das eingebaute Laufwerk in ein mobiles Laufwerk umgewandelt. Für den Einbau
des Laufwerks wird kein Werkzeug benötigt. Das Gehäuse wird über den USB
Typ-A Stecker mit dem Computer oder Notebook verbunden.

Installation
1. Schieben Sie Ihr Slim SATA Laufwerk bis zum Ende in das Gehäuse.
2. Nun können Sie entweder die beiliegende Blende oder die Blende vom
Laufwerk benutzen.
3. Verbinden Sie das USB Kabel mit dem Gehäuse und einem freien Port Ihres
Computers.
4. Schalten Sie den Computer ein.
5. Das externe Laufwerk wird erkannt und das Gerät kann sofort verwendet
werden.

Installation

Instalacja
